I went there because it seemed more accessible from were I leave on a Sunday. I waited 4 hours and did no got the phone. I waited for the phone 3 days when it was finally delivered on the store. My wife went to pick it up and against all TMobile policies, their employees to "help" transferring data from one phone to the other. Guess what happen??? They erased all data from WhatsApp and other Apps. To make things worst, the phone had a glitch. 8 days later, we decided to returned the phone and guess what...we had to pay a $50.00 re-stocking fee.
