Pollo Tropical — Restaurant in San Juan

Update: No lo recomiendo a menos que quieran su ano ardiente por 3 dias. Que clase de servicio. Quisiera saber como guardan las cosas en esas neveras porque algo no esta bien.

Original: Not trying to be mean, I've gone only 3 times in my life to this Pollo Tropical and the last two times I suspect has gotten me sick. I had my suspicions when they got my whole order wrong the second time I went. I brushed it off as them being busy but the chicken had a weird texture and bland taste, it reminded me of chicken that's been left out for too long outside. The guacamole also had an off taste from what I guess is either old or too warm. I went again and ate some pork instead and encountered the same odd textured meat, slightly hard rice and bitter guacamole. I lost all of my frozen foods to a power outage, this is the most recent fast food I've gone to out of necessity. I've also been to other locations and the quality is just...

Very hit or miss. Unfortunately, more misses. A few days ago they gave out a good portion family meal. However, for the past 2 solo lunches I’ve ordered there, they have provided very small chicken breasts. I’ve never had ones this small at a restaurant/fast food place before. It’s not worth the money at all.
