Bella Vista — Restaurant in Loíza

We went in and we were basically ignored by 4 waitresses..one made a head notion to talk to another one..but none made eye contact at all. We stood in front of them for about 5 mins,while they chatted..then I interrupted their convo and asked if we should just go seat ourselves. We got a head shake yes. We went and sat..for like 15 mins..then we saw one waitress ask the other about us..and while they debated who would bring menus. We walked out. Very rude and unprofessional..they should learn how to treat ppl. All the other restaurants were packed, but we had a fantastic meal and drinks down the road in mi casita. .no wonder...

I call the owner for a reservation for 32 people the owner said was ok , we come over today he had no people tand them 5 hours to bring 1/2 of the people food and the other half never got food , we ask to ask for the owner he never show up then I said the cook is the. Owners brother and he never come from the kitchen to talk to us , the poor kids serving and the guy at the bar they try to do the job , but was horrible , is horrible they do this to people , I’m embarrassed with my family for bringing them here , we ask for the check an we way for 30 minutes , is so...

Entramos al lugar había poca gente para la ocasión (Día de madres ) al poco rato empieza entrar más gente . La mecerá me toma la orden 5:00 la cual se componía de , pechuga a la ajillocon mofongo , mofongo relleno de camarones , Mofongo relleno de churrasco y por último Chuletas fritas con plátano frito me notifica q no hay ensalada verde la cual no fue un problema luego de una hora me acerco a la mecera y le hago la pregunta q cuanto mas tiempo hay q esperar ella me notifica q pregunto en la Cósima y ellos le notifican q 5 minutos mas a todas estas la encargada del local la cual estaba sentando detrás de la mesa en la q yo y mi familia se encontraba estaba mas preocupada que la música del lugar estuviera mas alta pq ella no la escuchaba y gritándole a sus empleadas q lo subieran mas descalza y muy tranquila con las personas con la q se encontraba sentada sin importarle q los clientes no estaban siendo atendidos adecuadamente y los baños estaban sucios los pisos resbalosos . Esperamos desde las 5:00 hasta las 7:15 de la noche la mecerá después q yo voy hablo con ella 2 veces se me acerca y dice no hay Chuletas le puedo ofrecer pollo frito ,sin ninguna explicación la mecerá se disculpó pero la encargada ni tan siquiera vino a disculparse yo vivo fuera del pais y me encontraba de visita viaje hasta piñones por recomendaciones un día de las las madres y este establecimiento no se encontraba preparado para la ocacion Pésimo servicio yo personalmente no lo recomiendo la primera imprecisión y fue una muy negativa por esa razón no lo recomiendo ....Le di una estrella pq no permitía escribir el review pero...
