Never order from this place EVER the service is horrible had to wait a solid 30 minutes for someone to take my order, then when someone did they said the wait was going to be 45 minutes, no problem. Then the delivery guy said he was in front of my house, i went outside and he wasn't there called the dude back and told him he got the address confused, he said oh ok sorry. 1 hour later he calls again saying he's outside, i look again and he isn't there i call him back and tell him my address AGAIN loud and clear and he tells me angrily that i told him some other address and then he just hangs up, now i call the store and they don't answer, called again nothing called 5 more times nothing. i ordered from this dominos a week ago. i asked them to deliver a large combo. when i asked them for pepper, they said they had to charge me, which was fine. they told me the wait would only be 45 minutes, so i waited. an hour and a half passed by and i decided to call them. they said the delivery guy was on his way. 45 minutes later, he walks in with just the large pizza WITH NO PEPPER. and i still had to pay him for it. This location is NOT customer service oriented whatsoever. They think their job is to fulfill the assembly line. Even when they get the order wrong, they show no concern other than to offer to remake. Also at other times, when you cannot find a special online and want to call it in, the staff didn't care. When you call back later notifying of continued time-consuming difficulties of ordering online, they refer you to the app, with no concern for facilitating or customer's time.
