Loard's Ice Cream — Restaurant in San Leandro

The service was nice, and prompt on a busy warm day with lots of people wanting ice cream. Not as cozy as the other Loard’s Ice cream shop we visited in Castro Valley. Ice cream didn’t taste like Loard’s brand. Seemed like a cheaper quality ice cream, more icey than creamy. Flavors were definitely off, the staple French vanilla was a strange yellow color and all the flavors we tried had a very artificial taste. Ice cream was not good taste worse than a generic brand. I ordered a banana milkshake (which taste like cake batter) and a carmel sunday (which was put in a tall cup)..
