Pizza Guys — Restaurant in San Leandro

Terrible customer experience. They brought the wrong pizza and then when I called them to come back they didn't seem to understand how they got it wrong. Receiving a mushroom pizza instead of a bacon pizza after an hour was a terrible experience. Further, when I asked for a refund they attempted to give me a discount next time - as if I would order from there again. They then left me waiting on hold after I demanded a refund. When I eventually got tired of waiting for them and went inside to try this (now cold since I had to wait for the driver to come back) pizza I had a slice. They called me 5 minutes later and said they needed the pie back in order to get a refund. The pizza was also not good. Not...

Friends recommend this place, myg first time, Ordered online, says 45 min delivery. 90 mins later, no food. I call, get put on hold, hear a customer yelling at the workers about how terrible the service is, get hung up on after 5 min hold, call back, get hung up on again after I ask to speak with a manager! Call back, talk to "manager" and tell him I'm displeased, been hung up on twice, he tells me that he'd give me a discount, but cannot because I didn't order directly through the store! And that next time I should call the store and not use their online ordering system! What?? Pizza arrived 1 hour 45 mins and was cold! Never again, unacceptable...

Thank goodness they were open at 11:30 on a Monday night...everything else was closed. I drove 15 min. to get this pizza. To my delight the pizza was reasonably priced. I ordered Chicken, mushroom and parmesan pizza and it had lots of chicken and mushrooms. The gourmet pizza menu looks great I will be back to try the other pizza's...great combo's for chicken too!!! I could see the guy making other pizza's the area looked very clean...
