Pros: Great tacos and salad.. super tasty.. especially the grilled chicken.. do recommend a visit.
Cons: The ordering process is a bit awkward. The menu is only displayed at the store front, and the window is closed all the way to ones hip level. So you stand there all bent over, trying to tell the cashier what you want, while he says "sorry, I didn't hear that.. could you repeat the order.." not good customer service in my opinion.
Solution for the management : please print out the menu and paste it to the counter. That way it will be easier for customers to look at and place the order. Secondly, improve the communication ability at the counter.. you must be well aware that the restaurant is basically sitting right next to Hesperian which is heavily trafficked. The noise and the distance between the customer and behind the counter staff is too big. You need to either install a microphone and speakers at both ends, or reduce the distance between the two. Also, if the window could be opened higher than it is now would be appreciated. It is very awkward at the moment. It is not a drive-thru... Otherwise, good job...
Read moreFirst they made my burrito wrong. I asked for no rice. It had rice. They remade it but when I started eating it the beef was full of grizzle. So being frustrated And not wanting to eat it I just asked they refund my money. They took the burrito and threw it away and then refused to refund my money. Telling me i was a complainer. Then they told me I would have to wait until the manager came in at midnight. It's about 8pm by now. I then talked to the girl at the register again, not wanting to wait 4 hours for the manager. Her name was Lucia. She assured me the manager would issue refund back to my card and gave me a piece of paper with her name and the amount that would be refunded. It's been more than a week and a half and have yet to receive my refund of $12.75. Yeah. $12.75 for one regular sized burrito. Any restaurant that doesn't immediately refund for a meal that is not right is unacceptable. I would not ever recommend this place. They have no manager on duty to address customer complaints and the staff was rude and unconcerned. If I could have rated it minus stars...
Read moreI am so disappointed in my experience today especially because I've had them before and they were good. As a chef myself, customer service, food safety and food quality is very important to me. The contents of my burrito were lukewarm. I can tell the chicken they used was precooked and held for a while. The cashier also got my order wrong and began to tell me how I was at fault if I didn't check the receipt. Thankfully I'm not a push over so after much calm persistence, they attempted to fix my order. He asked if I wanted the tortilla toasted and I told him yes but I want the contents of my burrito to be hot and correct too. Not to my surprise, they gave me second burrito which was hot on the outside but still lukewarm on the inside. I could only take 2 - 3 bites of that burrito, lost my appetite and got a headache. Food should be 165 degrees or higher and great customer service doesn't fight to fix a problem.
