Braille House - Braille Skateboarding HQ and Private Skatepark — Attraction in San Leandro

I cannot stress enough how much I love this company, their message and goal, and their helpful and entertaining content. I have extensively watched Braille Skateboarding on youtube for months, learning tricks and laughing at the all of the funny and entertaining videos that they post. I finally broke down and bought the Skateboarding made simple Volume 1. I came across a problem in which it I couldn't download the video and I was very worried because I had already paid. All I had to do was leave an email and in less the 12 hours they had already contacted me back with a new link and all of the help that they could give me. By the time that they woke up I already had the link. It then worked perfectly and I am so exited. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service, content, beautiful tutorials, and simply adding joy to my day when I watch your content and how easy you make it to learn these tricks. The goal that Braille has is beautiful and they are doing a magnificent job to achieve. I would not be able to even ride a skateboard if it weren't for them. Thank you so much again and I can't explain how grateful I am that they exist....

I ordered a skateboard on September 20th and waited about a week and no email of it shipping out. I emailed the company and they informed a day later that they had just run out of the board I wanted and suggested a different option, and that they would get it shipped out that day, so then I told them I was ok with that. It’s been 3 days and I have not gotten a confirmation or tracking number for the shipment... The customer service was good about the situation but it seems that they fail to let you know what’s going on with your order. Hopefully I get some sort of confirmation that my package has shipped or it’s coming soon. I would expect something like that for $26 shipping. Update: turns out they never even sent me the other option that they said “shipped out today”. Emailed them again and they decided to tell me that they were out of the second option. They said they will send me a different board today.... I don’t believe it. I have no clue why this como any made things so complicated with me. I read all of these great reviews and none of them match to...

These folks are very customer attentive . I accidentally entered the wrong address for the recipient of a skateboard I had orderd. When I realized my mistake, I emailed Braille Skateboarding and they send me a response that there were able to correct the shipped to address in time. Due to Covid -19 mailing snafus the package came back to Braille, and I received an email letting me know that the package was returned and they politely asked if the shipping address was correct. Long story short, it was mailed again and arrived to the recipient my nephew. His sister who has a Walmart special skateboard, was green with envy, seeing how well made his board was. So she is getting one for her birthday as well. When I ordered the second board, I used a promotion code that was not reflected in the invoice. I emailed asking if they would honor the code. Again I received a timely email, letting me know of the error and it was corrected. I wish more companies were like this one with a good product and great...
