I walked in at 7:55 am, there were two men in the entire coffee shop,, and about 4 -5 baristas chatting as the cashier took my order.. the cashier greeted me coldly without a smile or friendliness. I normally tip, however due to the lack of reception and frankly a bit of an attitude, I opted not to. Then when I requested the keycode to the restroom and they provided it, upon entering, it was disgusting. I came out and told the batista that it's disgusting. With an attitude and a huff she went and so called cleaned it. I was sitting there and she knew where I was, but didn't tell me that it was clean. I walked back in and only some of the toilet paper from the floor was cleaned. I have photos of the bathroom. There were no sanitary tissues. Then I went back to speak with the Manager , turns out it was the cashier.. I took her back to speak with her, by the restrooms to be more in private, needless to say she blatantly fabricated that they were busy. Remember, There were only two people in the coffee shop with 4 -5 employees. She gave me an apology she didn't mean as she was walking away. Read moreThis particular Starbucks very rarely gets the drinks right because most of the time they miss the correct ingredients. For instance, EVERY SINGLE TIME I order the London Fog Tea here, they forget to put an ingredient, sometimes it's the vanilla syrup and other times the correct number of tea bags, and sometimes both; I'm not sure if they don't know how to make the drinks or they just don't.care about the quality of their drinks. The last time I was there, I asked them to please make my drink again becauae it was missing the vanilla syrup AND a tea bag, it tasted like diluted hot milk; I honestly didn't mind paying for the drink again even though it was not my fault. Unfortunately they're not very friendly and don't apologize for their mistakes. I very rarely experience these type of issues at any other Starbucks locations in the Bay Area. So, I think it's time to go or order...

I try to patronize this location as much as I can because it's close to me when I take my breaks but lately they have been doing a sloppy job. 1) my coffee sometimes doesn't have a stopper in it to prevent contamination or spillage, 2) I sometimes order my pastries warmed and it's always cold, 3) but that's also probably because the bag is not properly closed and sealed either... again a big contamination issue especially with COVID-19 floating around and the final issue as of late... 4) I found a piece of plastic in a sandwich I ordered and (5... I guess) when I called the store to complain no one answered the phone. Hopefully if I give them another chance (we're all human after all) I'll have a much more...
