Shindig Cider — Restaurant in San Luis Obispo

My wife and I and a few friends stopped here for the first time last night. We were all equally blown away by their well crafted ciders and beautiful space in the new Duncan Alley Plaza.

Both owners were extremely kind and friendly and we look forward to supporting their operation into the future. They seem destined for big things! We had a fantastic time at Shindig Cider with Chelsea as our bartender - she was so kind and knowledgeable! Even though there weren't any food options available, they did have some snacks and allowed outside food. The place was very clean and well-maintained. They had a great selection of ciders, from dry to tart to slightly sweet. Chelsea even recommended a pizza place nearby for us to grab a bite to eat. We'll definitely be back with my girlfriend soon. Our host was very friendly and we had a great time sampling ciders. We even had the opportunity to try one of their first ciders, which was a nice surprise. Still tasty after four (?) years. All of their ciders are good, and they even had a mead, which was very light on flavor, but had a good nose and tasted fresh. The location is near a very busy beer garden.
