My wife and I pulled into the shared parking lot between Luna Rustic and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where I parked my pickup in an otherwise empty parking lot. When my wife parked our rental car, she commented, "I see some cool furniture, let's go check it out."
A woman from the furniture store (let's call her "Karen") rushed out and asked me if that was my pickup. She let me know I could not park there, so I apologized and told her I was helping my wife return a rental car. I immediately jogged back to move my vehicle as she took pictures with her phone, apparently to document the criminal activity that had occurred in the last 60 seconds.
