I am very disappointed with the way they run business. I called them because I was interested in having them for a party I was throwing for my husband and the group of men who were with him on deployment. I thought this would be a great welcome home meal and get together. I called and left a message explaining what I was looking for and I NEVER received a call back! Not even a text saying they could not do it. I think that is rude and again, very poor business. It makes you wonder if you did use them, how reliable would they be if they can't even text or call back with a "No, we can't do it". It seems pretty easy and basic. Stay away from the brisket, it was dry. It did not meet up to expectations. The sweet sauce was needed in mass to help make it edible.
