FAITH WAS AWESOME!!!

I do not usually write reviews, but from the experience I had last night, reminded me that there is FAITH in humanity. My family and I arrived last night to find that the store ran out of bread, Faith, the amazing employee that she is, had to stressfully deliver the bad news. We could tell she was a little nervous of the situation and probably had received backlash from prior customers; however, she maintained her composure and advised us it would be a few minutes before she would have any bread to prepare our meal. We advised her not to worry too much about it and we understood her situation. We waited no more than 5 minutes before she was preparing a sandwich for us. She was so kind, friendly, collective, and just overall an absolute pleasure to deal with. We wanted to take the time to acknowledge all her hard work because she has delivered amazing service for us in the past and we always leave with a smile because of her welcoming personality. A++++++++++++++. We will definitely keep coming here just because of her service alone. Thank you...

The Jersey Mike's on Nordahl Rd, in San Marcos CA, is a pretty cool place! Screens, music, wifi, and the kids that work there all seem happy to be there and work well together during the busy hours. They're always polite, well groomed, and upbeat. No nametags, strangely, but always a pleasant and welcoming vibe. Never used the RR, but judging from how the front area looks-with someone floating through the dining area regularly to keep things nice & clean, and by the way the employees, themselves, look...likely pretty tidy. Well-run!

Their sandwiches are well-made, too! Generous portion, but never sloppy, soggy, or sorry. Precision. LOVE their Italian sub with the special "Mike's way" seasonings!

The to-go box of a dozen 1/4 subs makes for a substantial THANK YOU for Teacher Appreciation...our Dr and dentist's offices...a beach bring-along...or a...

Zero stars! Horrible service if you’re ordering online. Twice my girlfriend and I have ordered online only to go in when the app says they’re ready to see they haven’t even started on our subs. This time my girlfriend went in when they said they were ready , they told her they were starting our food, she came back in 10 min later and they still haven’t started on the subs, the customer service and attention to online orders is abysmal. Why would you offer online orders if you aren’t going to fulfill them in the time allotted. As someone who orders for lunch during work their incompetence wastes my lunch time. Would not recommend ever ordering from this place. Will go to the farther jersey mikes or another sub shop and avoid this location entirely. If I could leave less than one...
