Has an "A" rating posted. But, the facility appearance and furnishings rate a "D". The first thing you notice is the bldg itself, the redish/maroon paint on the entire face of the bldg is extremely faded and badly patched paint repairs. The FULL name over the main entry, "Kentucky Fried Chicken" is completely faded front Red to White faint coloring and sun beaten. The female cashier was very polite and customer friendly, and professional. The meal was ready quick, ... too quick. The sides and Biscuit and drink were fine. But, the main event, the whole reason for patronizing """"KFC"""" , the Chicken was NOT GOOD !!! The chicken was really greasy and tasked of fish somehow. Also like it was reheated by re-frying just before serving. As my wife was cleaning our aera, I went for a refill at the drink station and was about to leave; when an elderly couple arrived (appeared about 70-75 years old). The man was approaching the booth and the woman was about to sit down, when she sat down at the booth it suddenly collapsed and pent the elderly woman squeezing her between the broken collapsed bench and the table as she gasped for air and help. My wife helped the woman out of the table death trap as fast as she could and asked if she was okay. The elderly woman was fraught and confused but, stood back staring at the booth relief from the ordeal. The couple sat down at table instead of another booth as we started to leave. But, we couldn't just leave the establishment without notifying the management of what just happened. I went to the counter cashier and requested the manager, when she (manager, I assumed) blurted out while assisting another customer "that they saw what just happened and they've notified the management but haven't heard back from them yet." Looking around, we noticed there didn't appear to be any cameras in the seating area, however there were several camera's at the counter and registry areas that should have caught the whole incident on camera, in the event the elderly woman has any medical complications from this terrible "incident" !!!!! I use the word incident vice accident because the establishment is fully aware of the dangers and has done absolutely nothing to prevent harm or correct the malfunction for customer safety.
We suggested they "tape off" the booth or lay down that bench, so people won't get hurt again or do something..... then we departed. Rating,...
Read moreThis KFC is ridiculous. I ordered 12 counts nugget meals after I paid the person worked at the window told me it’s a 6 minute wait. I feel like he should have let me know before I paid but whatever so I said that’s ok. I pulled to the front to wait like I was instructed. 15 minutes goes by and nothing so I went inside to asked to make sure they haven’t forgotten out my food. The gentleman who took my order said yes it’s still coming. I was a little annoyed by this point because I wouldn’t have waited if I’d have known it was going to take this long since I have somewhere I needed to be (hence stopping by a fast food place which wasn’t fast at all). Anyway, I proceed to waited some more at this point it has been over 20 minutes so I asked again and asked for a refund. Turned out they haven’t even started my order because they have mistakenly gave my food away to someone else despite me being proactive by going inside the store to remind them but no no one caught the mistake and start making me another order. They refunded me after I asked. I expressed how ridiculous it was that I was there for almost 30 minutes with no food after I was told it was going to be 6 minutes, after I reminded them after 15 minutes of waiting. The lady at the counter have the audacity to sigh and said “oh my god” and walked away. It was very unprofessional of her. They should’ve handled the situation more professionally and should have compensate for the time that I’ve wasted. They didn’t even offer to rush a new order for me. What a shame! I’ll now stick with chick fil a because they...
Read moreI ordered online, with a pickup time of 7:15. I arrived at 7:20 and after waiting in line, was told that the biscuits were almost done. At 7:30, I asked about what I thought was my order, since it wasn't sitting under heat lamps to keep warm. It was my order, and I asked how long for the biscuits, since I didn't want to take cold food home. I was told the biscuits were almost done, and the older man who helped me "guaranteed" the food would be hot. My food was ready at about 7:35, and I took it quickly hoping to get it home still warm.
As I put the food in the car, I realized the fries were not hot, so I took them back inside. The when I asked if I could swap them for hot fries, the woman said loudly, "5 minutes!" and then turned and walked away. The older man came over and I repeated my request. The woman was returning with a bag of frozen fries, ready to drop them, and repeated the "5 minutes!" very loudly.
At that point, I was looking at getting warm food home at best, so I said no. I gave this location another chance after another bad experience about a year ago, and regret it. The food is never exactly right, nor is it right on time. The saying goes, "Screw me once, shame on you...screw me twice, shame on me!" I won't go back again and give them any more chances at screwing m...
