“We came to this restaurant because we wanted authentic Thai food with bold flavors. The standout dish we ordered is “Tum Tard” which is a large serving of som tam that includes crispy pork, boiled eggs, and fried chicken wings all in one tray, accompanied by stir-fried rice noodles that are served separately but included in the same menu with the Tam Tard. This time, I ordered it with a spiciness level of 8 out of 10. I ended up crying while eating because it was the perfect level of spiciness that I love. It's one of the charms of enjoying spicy Thai food. Just think about the experience in Thailand!
Another dish that I love is “Crying Tiger” Did you know???
“Crying Tiger" is a popular Thai dish typically made with grilled beef that is marinated in a mixture of herbs and spices. The name "Crying Tiger" is thought to refer to the idea that the flavor is so delicious it makes the tiger cry.
The dish is often served with a spicy dipping sauce called "Nam Jim Jaew," which enhances the flavor of the grilled meat. It's usually accompanied by sticky rice and fresh vegetables. The combination of savory, spicy, and aromatic flavors makes it a favorite among those who enjoy Thai cuisine.
For us!! This restaurant offers authentic flavors. It might be because I'm Thai and I order the taste that I enjoy. The iced coffee has a rich and balanced flavor. The staff is attentive and friendly. The restaurant is clean, the tables are tidy, and the atmosphere is great. This is definitely one of my favorite...
Read moreWe ordered a tofu dish they served us chicken. The food was remade to be tofu since my friend could not eat meat. Then it took forever to order my dish. I requested less salt for my dish, that dish was saltier than ever. They asked if we wanted egg on our dish since that dish usually comes with egg we said yes. When the bill arrive I asked why it was $3 more than the menu price. !!They do shady things like this!!
Last time, she seated us at a smaller side table then the party after us got seated at an actual table. I asked her why he got better treatment and if we could move since they kept hitting my mother’s chair. The manager simply replied that he was bigger in size and all the other tables were reserved. I asked when the reservation was and she replied 6:30. It was 4:30. Do you really need to reserve the majority of your tables two hours in advance? That’s bad business there. We were out by 5.
This store is the Thai Thai near the college campus that got relocated to a different location. They used to be great and my go to place, but seems like their management still needs improvement. Decor is still the same as the previous location. The owner was telling us how she moved two months ago and had to transport all the decor and there was so much dust. I didn’t want to hear that extra detail because then I was just thinking about all the dust I was...
Read moreI've been coming here for just over a year, the food is good and portions were fair for the prices until today. I called in a to-go order and I was asked if I wanted the small size, I asked what is that as I just wanted the entree size, not a side order. I reintegrated I wanted the entree size. I ordered two entrees and an appetizer. When I went to pickup the order I read the receipt and it said I had ordered two small orders for the same price on the menu..I asked for them to explain as the portions were half of what the entrees were normally. Their explanation was they have changed the portions size and there regular price is the small size now. So I open the menu on the counter and nothing says it's different in the menu, and they explained they haven't got new menus. So I'm guessing if you dine in your portions will be much larger , but if you order take out be prepared for way less food. I could be wrong and the dining in portions could be smaller as well. My family and I dined in not that long ago and we had plenty to eat and still brought some home, but just an FYI. Unfortunately I won't be back as the portions were like a lunch special sized for a...
