Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Marcos

Customer service was polite at this jack inbox but decaf coffee had a very odd taste. However I went to the other Jack n Box on San Marcos Blvd in San Marcos to swap out and manager there was rude said no prior to knowing why, that the location was not theirs. I did not have an opportunity to explain I like to order a regular coffee. I had receipt with full drink left in cup. And she left me waiting in line ignoring me once she knew I had a return not looking at receipt not knowing why I was returning. Although she said no and I had to call prior which made no sense because I had everything in hand. Needless to say she did not exchange. I just don't understand how a person with that attitude becomes manager and how a coffee can bankrupt that Jack box.. perhaps Jack n Box needs to look at how much their employees eat and drink and what friends and family they are giving away too if...

I PLACED A ORDER AT 2:55 AM WHEN THE STORE CLOSES AT 3:30. I ARIVED AT 3:07 TO FIND THAT THE EMPLOYEES DECIDED TO CLOSE EARLY FOR NO REASON AND SIT IN THEIR CARS IN THE PARKING LOT INSTEAD OF WORKING. I NEVER GOT MY FOOD EVEN THOUGH THE ORDER WAS PLACED AND I WAS AT THE STORE BY CLOSING TIME. THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN ABSOLUTELY LAZY.

UPDATE: WENT BACK TO STORE AT 4:30 WHEN THEY OPEN SAT IN LINE WITH 4 OTHER CARS UNTILL 4:43 JUST TO BE TOLD THAT THEYRE STILL CLOSED AND WONT BE OPEN TILL 6AM SO 3 HOURS LATER AND I MIGHT GET MY FOOD. TRIED CALLING THE STORE TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND THE 2 EMPLOYEES WILL NOT ANDWER THE PHONE EVEN THOUGH OBVIOUSLY THEYRE NOT BUSY MAKING FOOD. THIS HAD BEEN THE WORST FASTFOOD EXPERIENCE I...

I recently ordered My Favorite Jumbo Jack burger Regular style No added anything ! They're on sale 2 for $ 5 . I usually always add cheese , No Ketchup , Grilled Onions . This time I just went with a Jumbo Jack , Jack in the Box style and it was Soo Tasty ! It really wasn't missing anything ! Great taste just the way it was ! And their Tiny Tacos are Yummy too !
