We came here for a romantic Christmas Eve dinner. I had been wanting to try this place for a long time and we finally got our chance! As soon as we entered, I could tell it was a special place. There were regulars at the bar, many people were greeted by name when they entered, the place was packed and the servers were incredibly friendly and warm. Such a wonderful atmosphere. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We loved everything we had and ate tons of their complimentary bread, which is served warm (is there any other way?!) Highly recommend a visit!

Owner came over to say hi. Very nice familial atmosphere with classic dishes and very good service. We started with the warm spinach salad, got a delicious meatball side dish for $5, fettuccine luceti, the Margherita salad, and the chocolate lava cake for desert. The free bread was excellent!

Well established restaurant, great food and service. I had the best ravioli, and I've tried lots. My dad had a club sandwich with fries and he loved his meal. Mom had the same, but with a salad. Both liked the sandwich with fries best. I'd definitely dine here again.

I went into Luceti's around 3:30 pm on a Monday 5/13/2018. I've received okay service here before, and don't really like this place, but I was hungry. I asked for a menu and coffee at the bar. I was told by rude young female server that they don't serve coffee anymore. I noticed the espresso machine and asked again for coffee and the girl told me in an annoyed tone: "That's espresso. You asked for coffee" REALLY?! The issue for her was NOT that I was there to do business, but to parse the difference between the terms 'coffee' and 'espresso'. So I asked for an espresso. She brought it . I asked for cream and sugar. She tersely replied " You already have sugar-" referring to the one sugar cube on the platter. " I want more sugar. " I demanded. "What's with the attitude?" I finished my coffee and decided not to order a meal. She was freinds to the other people there who seemed to be regulars. Apparently, you're only welcome here if you're not black or a regular. Typical Bay area service: people who have no business in the restaurant business have jobs as bartenders and waiters and treat you like you're wasting their time. Okay Italian food, just WAY overpriced and the service is...

Well when we got there it was for I just opened the bartender you had kind of an attitude because she was eating her soup said the restaurant be open until 5 but the bar will be open what can I do for you just had an attitude after we drink $70 worth of booze there before we had her dinner she think she'd be happy anyway to dinner mediocre-at-best for my taste my wife enjoyed it my friend who took me out for my birthday enjoyed it and my son enjoyed it but I'm kind of a fussy guy I didn't enjoy it because I'm a cook and I say cioppino I mean cioppino not that water down three three pieces of shrimp couple of pieces of fish was not worth the money we paid for it but other than that it didn't cost me anything so it's good presenting the all-new 3-row Subaru ascentI don't type my words so if there's a few mistakes it's because I talk too fast for the machine...

Pretty disappointed in the "Special" Mother's Day Menu.

My family took my elderly mother here for mother's day. Unlike the typical menu, we were presented with a special menu for mother's day. What was special? Many of the pasta dishes were eliminated, the dish my mother usually likes (scallops) was also gone. Their regular extensive menu was replaced by essentially a 1 1/2 page menu. Prominently presented on this menu; the pricier meat items (except with inflated prices). Our party was quite taken aback with this. Obviously, it was a ploy to make more money from people taking their mothers out for a nice meal.. This is a fairly popular restaurant that has been in this location for quite a while.. Surely, they would have made enough money with the regular menu..

This experience makes it difficult for...
