What a gift this place is to our Terra Linda community! Lou's Takeaway is one of the most tasty and unique restaurant experiences you will have. It's primarily a takeout spot, as the name states. You call in your order when they open, and they will offer you different time slots for pick up. The building is essentially a large shed without gas so they can only handle a few orders at one time. It's remarkable what they are able to create in such a small space....

I can't overstate how unique this food is, you won't taste anything else like this in Marin. They use only the freshest local ingredients, the flavors are bold and inspiring, perfectly cooked every time. We feel so fortunate to have Lou's Takeaway right in our neighborhood. Bravo to Chef Tony...

It was my first time today, was ok,, I will not go back menu was very limited...portions were small and not much protein ..my sister had 4 small pieces of pork belly I tried a small tiny piece my sister gave me was fry.., some rice and cole slaw, I had greasy way too fried oil taste for pork strips.should had some kind of sauce with it ..with some rice and greens... not warranted to come back or for the price point at all. I am glad others like their food..but their portions are not what it is from the pics shown online...it was no to my liking at all...waited 10 minutes in line and 10 minutes almost for food order...only reason wee tried this place was reading the reviews.. was close by......I am Asian and this is not asian...
