RedBrick Pizza — Restaurant in Sand Springs

I came in today after making a to go order. Here is my honest review!

Atmosphere was great. Music was old school rock vibes and very chill.

Service was outstanding. They messed up and forgot to make one of our pizzas but were apologetic and even though we didn't really mind, they made it correct and added some breadsticks.

Once we got home and dug into the food, we all LOVED it. We had ordered a flatbread sandwich, the greek (i had asked for olive oil instead of red sauce) it was awesome! I would recommend they add a little more filling because it did seem a tad bit skimpy but it was very good nonetheless and I will order again but see if theyll add a little extra to it maybe? The garlic parm wings were a hit with the kids. Not dry but not too moist. The carribean pizza was a "10" my husband said. The Meat Lovers was also rated a "10" by the whole family. The breadsticks were VERY good too. Will order those next time with our order.

All in all, we will order again and it will become a once or twice a month staple more...

Giving some cushion with 3 stars instead of 2 because the place is new and they have stuff to work out.

The pizza is okay, it's a thin chewy crust with really good toppings. Thin and chewy isn't my preference, but it was okay. Toppings were really good quality. Pizza wasn't cooked fully though, kids threw their pizza away.

Ordering wasn't what I would call easy, from the PC it says they aren't open yet and have one menu, on mobile they have a slightly different menu but mobile ordering works.

Ordered at 6:30-6:35, site and text said it would be ready at 6:50-7:00. Show up at 6:55 and the order wasn't even started yet, they told me it would be 45 more minutes.

I will probably be back but I'm going to give them a couple of months to work out the issues. I'll update the review after...
