I recently visited DSC Computers in Sand Springs, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I had the chance to chat with both Houston and Scott, and they were extremely helpful, friendly, and clearly know their stuff when it comes to technology. They took the time to answer my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed, which made the whole experience that much better. One of the first things I noticed walking in was how clean, neat, and well-organized the store is. That may not sound like a big deal at first, but if you’ve been into other small, locally owned computer shops, you know that it’s not always the case. Everything is laid out in an easy-to-browse way, and it gives the shop a professional, welcoming feel. Their prices are excellent, especially considering the level of personal service you get. I also really appreciated the wide selection of items they carry. It wasn’t just the basics – there were tons of cool and unique tech items that you don’t always see at big-box stores. It’s the kind of place where you go in to solve one problem and end up finding a dozen other things that catch your eye. What stood out the most, though, was the combination of knowledge, professionalism, and customer care. Houston and Scott made it clear that they take pride in what they do, and that’s why I’d recommend DSC Computers to anyone in the Sand Springs area (or beyond). Whether you need repairs, parts, or just good advice, it’s definitely worth the visit. Today I went in to see if they had a laptop for me. I am so happy to see that the family has carried on Bill’s legacy. I experienced excellent service, great knowledge of their products and a fast turnaround around. They answered all my questions and were so friendly and helpful.
