Crescent Cafe — Restaurant in Sand Springs

I have ate at this place at least 10 times previous. Never had a bad experience until today. The food my spouse ordered she pointed out was wrong and asked to return it. And apparently the waitress thought it was too much for her to handle with a little criticism And then owner came saying she was being very rude and won't be tolerated and threatened to call the cops for and for her not to say anything else. First off, we have a constitutional right to say whatever we want to say.We shouldn't say anything else.Maybe you need to check yourself in that area. I have never ate at a place where a waitress got all butthurt over a plate being returned and Threatened to have the cops called on them. And then we pointed out my hash Browns were raw and not cooked all the way and the owner got even more rude. And then denied she threatened to call the cops when I called her out on it. I explained to her we're done.We're finishing our food we're paying and then we're leaving and not to bother us until we're done. Now based on reading a lot of reviews I understand why your place has issues with serving the public. I am a business owner and I understand customer service.My spouse as well as work in the food industry as a waitress and cooks very well and understands when food is under cooked. I'm sorry but if you can't take a little criticism at first without freaking out.This threating to call the athorities over a plate being returned. Maybe you as a owner , maybe need to look at the fact that my spouse is a minority in the way you treated. Her was not right either. I have dined at many diner type establishments in the state of oklahoma and had great experiences and the food was amazing.Most places I went. But never this experience if I could give you a minus ten I would as a review. And when you say to review the camera footage. I would gladly do that with you. Because I would think you would see from beginning. We weren't rude when we were asking to have everything replaced. So maybe you should check your waitresses. And how they handle their attitude and wonder why people don't put up with others when they are that way , from the beginning with someone. So anyone attempting to eat here and you And read the reviews. Their food is sub Par. Some some good some bad. Quit serving undercooked things and when people ask them to return it back. Made the mistake of bringing my family to this restaurant tonight. The food was terrible. The chicken pieces were burnt. They had to remake them. The chopped beef sandwich was flavorless and tasted like raw meat. French fries were cold in the middle. My wife's chicken was not good either. It was a total letdown I guess my mistake for coming in an hour before close. Then when I go to pay they ask how everything was and I'm honest and tell them it's the worst meal I've ever had there and they're just like I'm sorry while they swipe my card. Clearly the employees have not been trained how to handle disgruntled customers and it's pointless to have them ask how everything was if they're not prepared to deal with the answer. This place used to be so much better huge letdown. Won't be surprised to see them go out of business sometime soon. My family and I will not...

They aren't shy with the pecans! My pecan waffle was incredible. The service was friendly, they were packed full wall to wall but we still got all our food hot and in a timely manner.

Edit: Unfortunately dropping a few stars after the last three months. Our to-go orders have been wrong every time (which is partially our fault for not checking immediately before leaving), I once waited 45 minutes after my husband got his food for my own lunch, the next time I waited 20 minutes (keep in mind I'm ordering a grilled chicken breast with veggies... nothing complicated) and the quality of the food has significantly dropped. The staff are always wonderful and I don't have a single bad thing to say of them, what I believe the issue is could be cook shortages - perhaps hiring more Cooks will...
