6A Cafe — Restaurant in Sandwich

My fiancé and I brought my Dad , for a ride since he had not been out of the house for months. We were worried because he has been Very upset lately. I spotted the restaurant from the corner of my eye. If your going steadily you may miss it, and if you do..........YOU WILL MISS THE DINING EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE ! The Food was not just good it was s dining experience, I like simple food ,don't fussy it up with fancies that it does NOT NEED NOR DO I WANT. I want an honest meal for my money and we didn't only receive one , We recieved 3. We ordered two of their burgers of which they were made to perfection, my father and I have different taste in the way our burgers are made both burgers were piping hot when we received them . My fiancé had the crab cakes,they were rich and flavorful the french fries were unbelievably crisp and light, not greasy at all. I have been to many restaurants, this is one I WON'T FORGET. Go here! I wish I would have taken pics but we just kinda ended up here and I am so grateful. I tend to panic order something meh when I’m in a hurry and this was no exception. The difference was this time the food brought me actual joy. I got the breakfast tacos and from the first bite you could taste the love and care that goes into the food. The tortilla was homemade and was what every tortilla should be. Our server got a glimpse of me dancing as I ate. She came over and I asked about the tortillas. She told me everything is made from scratch. Then offered me some homemade salsa. That salsa took everything to the next level. I’m a foodie from California and every bite made me dance and feel something. I know it sounds silly but this meal Fred my soul and brought me joy. So if you’re in East Sandwich, MA make the stop! We are in town for Thanksgiving so we went to 6ACafe for breakfast. My son and I ordered waffles. When they came they had weird hard chunks throughout the waffle. Very strange and unpleasant. I talked to the waitress who told us it was powdered sugar in the mix. They are "sugar waffles" when the menu said waffle. I asked to return them and order something else. The waitress got very snippy and rude and said she had to charge us for the waffles she would not take them back. It was such an odd exchange. Zero customer service. So we paid $80 for breakfast (expensive spot) when 2 people had un-eatable waffles. We will never return. I do not recommend this place for terrible service alone. And the food in general is...
