The Glass Studio On Cape Cod — Attraction in Sandwich

If you want a unique, beautiful gift, the Sandwich Glass Studio is where you'll find it. I live down the street but feel like a tourist that hit the jackpot every time I walk into the studio. It amazes me that I've been in there umpteen times but when I walk through the giant door greeted by a cornucopia of stunning glasswork, it seems like I'm visiting for the very first time. I don't think I've ever walked out empty-handed. You will find the most gorgeous glass on Cape Cod, and it's worth every cent. Michael is such a gifted artisan. Keiko treats you like family, helps you find the perfect piece and then engraves and wraps it so it's all ready for the 'aha moment' when it's opened. Once you walk in, you're overwhelmed from every sense and it's hard to leave. But once you do, you'll go back. Again and again. Thank you Michael and Keiko, we are lucky to have you...

We stumbled upon this unique and lovely shop after seeing and buying a few pieces of their work at the Sandwich Glass Museum.

The folks at the Glass Studio are very accommodating and do marvelous work. This year we were mostly interested in colorful Christmas ornaments to hang around the house and it became addictive!! Next year I'll put them out before Thanksgiving and leave them up for a few months to enjoy the lovely vibrant colors for a longer time.

They do lovely work not only with Christmas ornaments but have enchanting sea creatures which started our collecting. We will be back, even in the off season from now on. We live over the bridge but spend a lot of time...
