Chopsticks China Bistro — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

This restaurant usually has children running around, you’re in a really small room with only three tables, and there are a lot of toys on one of those tables. The lady whom I assume is the manager, whenever she takes my order, she fights with her daughter, and whenever I politely ask her to get me something, she never listens to me unless I ask her again to give me what I’ve needed. The last time I’ve came here, as soon as I’ve entered the restaurant, I saw that same lady talking to her friend on the phone, then she shared at me with a very upset look on her face, then she ignored me and continued talking on the phone while I’ve been waiting 60 seconds for her to take my order, then she was taking my order in a very frustrated way, and then rudely told me to sit at a table. The long rectangular chips or whatever they’re called always come with the any kind of lunch special as a side, but they did not give me the chips after I paid for the lunch special. The whole time I was in the restaurant, she’s been talking loudly on the phone and not only that, but while I was eating, I saw one customer got up from his table to pay her money after he was thorough eating, then she like gave him the message that her friend on the phone is more important than him, like she treated him like he is...

Ling and her team do a fabulous job producing food that simply can’t be matched at home. As a very particular connoisseur of GeneralTso’s chicken i can say beyond a doubt they create the best in the area. The size of the chicken peaces are perfect and neatly trimmed such that no crackles or overcooked parts exist which may absorb more sauce than others. Their sauce is a spectacular blend of heat and sweet in a perfect consistency/viscosity that evenly coats the chicken without saturating it. Since the closing of Empress of China II years ago Chopsticks may have a lock on the best Tso’s in Atlanta?
