Stay away!! I would rather this location at zero if I could. They would not honor my subway rewards $2 off coupon. They kept telling me I did not have rewards and I showed them the email from subway stating $2 off was about to expire and reminding me to use it before the end of the month. I asked to speak with the manager, who wasn't there. I asked for the owner's name and phone number. The owner lives in Bangladesh. They were not willing to give me the name of anyone I could talk to and just told me to call corporate customer service, which they could not give me the number for. Also, listed on their window is a list of sandwiches which this location (only) will not allow you to use a printed subway coupon on. I don't know if it's the same for all locations or just this one, but I was shocked to see that, although Subway prices have skyrocketed, the sub size was greatly reduced. As far as I can tell, not by length, but definitely by width. If you have ever had Jimmy John's "skinny" subs, which is usually ideal for my 9 y.o., might I add, this is similar to the width of the sub that I received from this Subway. I surely hope this is not the norm for all Subways now. I was highly upset because nothing has decreased about the prices in order to match the product given. I also noticed that the chicken was rationed, as the ends of the bread had no meat. It's very disappointing to spend all that money for a sub, and still be hungry afterwards. Read moreThis subway is the worst subway I have ever been to. First, we ordered online and they would not take any rewards/coupons. Second, we literally ordered 2 footlong sandwiches with turkey, ham, and cheese (3 ingredients). We get home and the sandwhich is missing the ham (1 out of 3 ingredients). I tried calling them multiple times and no one answered the phone. I finally drive back (25 minutes but I left the sandwhich in the fridge. I did bring a picture showing what exactly was on the sandwhich. The employee insisted she put the ham on and wanted the actual sandwhich (not sure why the picture was not good enough).
