HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered my pizza online, and the delivery lady came with only half of the order. She told me that I needed to call the store. I called the store and tried to explain that my order of pizza was missing from the delivery. The guy who I spoke with was BEYOND rude. He wasn't even listening to me before he tried to brush off my concern about not receiving my pizza. The order came out to over $50, and I have never experienced someone so rude about it, especially if that was a manager I was speaking to. When he finally decided to listen he said "Oh the lady is back now to bring you your pizza"...Right after he just got done telling me it wasn't his problem and to call Dashdoor about it. He then gave me a very condescending "Apology", after I kept requesting one. Probably some brat related to the owner who knows they'll never be consequences for his Attitude.. That's the bad thing about privately owned places. They can get away with this behavior. Never again, and probably racist.. I called the Owner and left a message, I don't expect anything back from him either. And let me not forget, the Pizza is COLD..They didn't even give us Forks or a straw for the order..This place is the biggest joke in Sandy Springs, and business must be hurting. You'll be closed very soon with this crap. Place is not worth the space it's renting out in the area. My son loves Pizza, and even said this pizza is NASTY... $50 gone...
Read moreOk rated three because the owner or manager is really nice. Got a margarita pizza and that was the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life hands down disgusting. Bad tomato bad sauce bad dough bad cheese it was an abomination!! Basil that was old and wilted it diddnt even taste like basil it tasted like a soggy leaf. Garlic rolls ICK! Here’s the reason why if you want to improve. Nothing is fresh everything is canned or old tomatoes that have been sitting there for days. Garlic is not cut fresh it’s like garlic in a jar and they put it in oil it’s so nasty. After trying it and not being edible manager let me switch it out for the white pizza. Wasn’t as disgusting but certainly not good. Again dough gross, base is jar garlic and oil it’s just yuck. Take an extra hour to prepare fresh food everyday and more people might come back but I’ll certainly never order here again. Really really reallllyyyy bad… papa johns was better kind of bad. The Roswell location is a million times better & the Roswell location hikes up there prices quite a bit so I decided to try Sandy springs. Not a good idea the quality is night and day I’d rather pay more and get better pizza at the Roswell location. There is NOTHING “NY” about there pizza do not be fooled by the name and do not waste money coming here for canned tomato sauce and jar...
Read moreI usually order a pizza for pick-up. Last time, I ordered a large pie with pepperoni; onions; mushrooms; bell pepper; ground beef and sausage. The total with tax was $29.50+.
When I arrived, I opened the box to look at the pizza. There were 5 pepperoni slices, 4 slithers of onion, 2 or 3 slithers of bell pepper, 4 mushroom slices, and a pauper's smattering of beef and sausage.
I looked up at the cook and said, "Um, kind of skimpy on the toppings, don't you think?"
He shot back, "Hey dude, the owner is giving me sh--t about food costs. I pointed out that this was a $30 pie, and that onions--at least-- are cheap, and, in the biz, are really like filler, similar to lettuce.
The cook told me to, " 'not f--ck' with him", and to "take it or leave it if I don't like it". I left it and went to Mellow Mushroom.
I write this because today, I thought I'd give Sandy Springs Johnny's one last chance. Guess what? I've tried to call to order a pizza for pick-up 4 times at 2:40-ish pm, and get only a 'busy' signal. It's not like it's lunch rush.
It's now 3:16 PM. I'll try again.
Nope. Still...
