I don't get to go here very often, as I live quite far away. But when work gives me the opportunity to come here, I'm ecstatic! The experience of eating in the decomissioned rail cars is wonderful, and food is quite good. In addition, the whole of the Depot is a delightful spot of weirdness on an otherwise uneventful drive across the state. Seeing the Bigfoot and T-Rex out front really brings a smile to my face!

Hamburgers are delicious, I had the Breakfast Burger. Sundaes are a two person dessert. Rootbeer float was fantastic. Did I mention the Ice Cream is from the Penn State Creamery..... All in all was nice meal. Wish I could have tried the Box Car Brewery, literally a couple of box cars up. Will definitely be stopping back.

Stopped overnight since Doolittle Station is a member of Harvest Host. Lots of room for our rig, great dinner in the Diner, beer & live music at the Boxcar Brew Works. Serenaded by the neighbouring goats & frogs overnight with the dinosaurs keeping watch!

We ate in The Depot Parlor car which is the fine dining part of the Depot. The car was Teddy Roosevelt which it is just beautiful the perfect place for a small party or a wonderful dinner. The Beet and Goat cheese was the best mix I have ever had to date. Roasted wild mushrooms (heaven),fried brussel sprouts were great, the fingerling sweet potatoes melt in your mouth. The main dishes were out of this world The pumpkin Lasagne which is served in a little pumpkin which was so cute, the filet mignon great quality, shrimp scampi really fresh shrimp. The pumpkin bread pudding with ice cream with rum sauce was the finishing touch on an amazing dinner. This car is only open certain evenings but call its worth the trip! BYOB so bring in your drinks too. The...

Very, very cool place. Dr Rice has done an incredible job with this unique destination. A variety of foods in various dining areas. If you are into trains this is the place for you. There are several retired passenger train cars scattered around the easy to navigate property. There is also an 18 hole miniature golf course which i have played many times and never had to wait. We have rented the "party barn" a few times for children's parties. Decent rental rates and some arcade style games but it always looks like it is under construction. I've not tried it but, laser tag is available. Hotels within a mile as are convenience stores/truck stops. Easy off and on 219, and I-80. Kind and friendly staff. Overall great...

This unique stop had the potential to be great but really missed the mark. The first place we tried was Box Car Brew Works. As soon as we walked in no one acknowledged us and when I asked if we could seat ourselves the bartender said they were out of half the menu. She was not very friendly and we decided to try the Angry Goat. The service was amazing, but weirdly they were out of the first thing I tried to order. We ended our trip at the creamery where the cashier informed us that their soft service machine was broke. My family was so frustrated by the end we agreed this was a one time...
