Just ordered almost 40$ worth of food and was asked to pull around front and wait. No big deal that’s a lot of food at least it will be fresh right? Well 15 mins goes by and shortly before I was gonna walk in to see what’s going on my food comes out. Awesome. My 2 oldest daughters are at home watching my wife and my 2 year old, so we pulled out and hurried home. Get home (literally across the highway) EVERYTHING was oldish. Onion rings were cold. Fries cold and soggy. My burger alone was semi warm the others were barely above cold. I won’t be going here again for some time. Sucks because I LOVE their onion rings. Sad story.
Update! 3/23/23 The manager Tanya reached out to me and I didn’t see the message so then she reached out to my wife to get ahold of me! So awesome. We got the same exact order completely free, got home and everything was amazing. HOT. Fresh. Definitely saved my faith in the fast food industry. It seemed for a bit that no one cared however my faith in decent people is restored! Thank you Burger King crew...
Read moreI came in after work for a quick dinner around 8pm, I’ve been to this restaurant many times and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and service! Tonight was just the opposite! To start off I waited a good 5-8 minutes in the line with only 2 or 3 cars ahead of me, then once I got to the menu I was told it would be a wait as the computer was down! I was frustrated but decided to wait because i was already there! I had heard the shift leader who was working the drive through literally turn customers away over the broken computer???? I waited about 5 more minutes before the shift leader gave me the worst attitude about waiting like it was my fault then told me I need to go somewhere else to eat! I pulled up to the window where I spoke to Chalrie who told me the shift leader was Zach! This really made me wish I had just left as the lead of the shift this should be embarrassing he clearly has no skills to manage a crew at even a fast food place! From the long wait time to the attitude from Zach I will no longer be...
Read moreTonya what would these children do without you lol. The girl at the counter trying to clock out should have another employee relieve her at the register while she counts the till instead of making people wait. And probably communicate directly to elderly people where to go since they clearly did not know and were just standing in the way where ppl order lol because the counter chic wouldn't tell them.
Also my only other complaint is that they make all the food without gloves. Watched the breakfast mexican lady wipe the counter down with a nasty rag then make my brkfast sandwhich...then the window guy wanted to "check it" and came over and opened it up to with his bare hands.
I mentioned it to the window guy. He told me its not their standard to wear gloves, when last I checked its Oregon health code to "minimize direct contact with food and bare hands". That's not minimizing contact. That's maximizing contact, every day, touching every food item. Good way to get...
