Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Sandy

The employees work their butts off. Not even a moment to stop, breath or check their phones! They must work together and communicate to operate well. They do a fantastic job. The slow service does not have to do with the long wait times. Chipotle Sandy need 1-2 additional employees to offer a more quicker more realistic service time. I find it extremely unfair to see this location was such a low review score when they only opened a few months ago. They have not had time to even find their footing and I suspect The owner of this location and management are being a little cheap with staffing. It is clear that these employees lack proper incentive. I highly doubt I would approve of the hourly wage or healthcare benefits. Both in which need to be realistic because these people work hard and everybody loves to have their chipotle. First visit to the new Sandy facility. Ordered two soft chicken tacos. No complaints about the food, (except the soft taco shell was so tough & crunchy I couldn't bite it.) flavor tastes just like every other Chipotle. I was the only person at the service counter, some no need to rush. Plenty of foil to wrap the tacos, so WHY were both tacos in one piece of foil? M NEVER have I had tacos served this way in this food chain. Literally impossible to eat the tacos as they were meant to be eaten. Presentation is important. Who wants to eat food that...

Only 7 customers in the building, all of us in line. Four workers and only one person on the line making food. One girl not doing anything but talking to another worker who’s doing prep and another lady doing food prep as well. The only girl that was making food on the line made pretty and yummy looking burritos, but efficiency and caring about how long she’s taking didn’t seem to be in her agenda. I will never come here for a lunch break again. Nor if I want to wait less than 30 minutes for my food. I’ve had faster service when the place is packed...
