I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fabe's Peruvian Rotisserie, and it's safe to say that this restaurant left a lasting impression on me for three key reasons: exceptional service, a fantastic location, and absolutely amazing flavors.
First and foremost, the service at Fabe's is top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine enthusiasm to make my dining experience exceptional. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always willing to offer recommendations. Their commitment to ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well-cared for truly sets them apart.
The restaurant's location is another highlight. Situated in a prime spot, Fabe's Peruvian Rotisserie offers a wonderful dining atmosphere. Whether you choose to sit indoors or enjoy your meal on the outdoor patio, you'll find yourself in a cozy and inviting space. The proximity to other attractions and the ease of access make it a convenient choice for locals and visitors alike.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the amazing flavors of the food. Fabe's Peruvian Rotisserie is a treasure trove of Peruvian culinary delights. The menu features a mouthwatering array of dishes, each bursting with authentic Peruvian flavors. From their perfectly seasoned rotisserie chicken to the flavorful and tender beef dishes, every bite is a journey through the rich and diverse flavors of Peru. The use of traditional Peruvian spices and cooking techniques creates a truly memorable dining experience that lingers on your taste buds long after the meal is over.
Whether you're a fan of Peruvian cuisine or trying it for the first time, Fabe's is a culinary gem that delivers on all fronts. The combination of excellent service, a great location, and unforgettable flavors makes it a must-visit dining destination. I wholeheartedly recommend Fabe's Peruvian Rotisserie to anyone seeking a memorable and delightful dining experience that celebrates the vibrant...
Read moreSo yes I'm giving them a 4 star review for fast food but it's in the context of a fast food category. Compared to a fancy restaurant like Angus Barn it's a one but compared to any other fast food it's one of the best. Always delicious. Always well cooked, fresh ingredients. I've never gotten a salad from them where I questioned the age of the ingredients and that's saying a lot for fast food. They seem to take pride in their work and it shows. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is because the music playing when you dine in is inappropriate for all ages. When we were there it was on a shock comedy/rap radio station and there was a lot of things said I wish my kids never heard. And then also if you order something through the drive-thru then you have to make sure you get all the extras, for example if you order the tacos when you get to the window if you don't tell them you want the toppings (cilantro, onions, lime, salsa), you most likely won't get them. Then my only other critique involves the website. If you want to order online and then pick up, you don't get the full menu for some reason so you miss out on half of the goodness. So really minor things that have almost nothing to do with the food and the preparation of. Overall I definitely recommend for a quick and...
Read moreThe prime focus of the restaurant is the wood fired rotisserie chicken. You can get a 1/4, 1/2, or whole chicken, as well as several dishes made with chicken or other meat such as steak and pork. I have been there a couple of times and tried a few different things. I was particularly impressed with the flautas and would recommend them. The black beans are nicely seasoned and make an excellent side choice. I would also recommend trying the sweet plantains.
You order at the counter and get a number flag to take to your table. Seating is plentiful. There are a couple of bars where you can get sauces and condiments (onions, limes, etc). The cilantro sauce is good, especially for those who aren't into hot sauce, which they also have.
I took my wife, who can be hard to impress, and she gave it a thumbs up and said I'll go back. She tried the tacos, getting one steak, one pork, and one chicken. The steak was the best...
