Bojangles — Restaurant in Sanford

The food is good, tastes like normal bojangles. HOWEVER! The service was terrible! I had went to another Bojangles and was able to replace my biscuit with a bo-berry so I asked if I was able to do the same when I was ordering and the man taking my order said “NO.” before I could even finish my sentence. He then asked me “Wait, what did you say?” and I repeated my request and AGAIN he said “NO,” without letting me finish. Then when I got to the first window the boy who had taken my order was giving me a very rude look. After getting all of my food (and having to ask for my drinks multiple times after they forgot them) I realized they did not give me napkins or forks. ALSO I had to ask for my card back because they laid it down after they scanned it with the reader. Overall, okay food… TERRIBLE...

Went through the drive-through. There was a young lady standing out before the speaker. I guess it didn’t work or she thought she was working for Chick-fil-A asked me what would I like to order I asked, could I see the menu ? that seem like it was asked for too much . The chicken was not fresh it was old and cold ,so I went in to return it the young man doing my refund asked me how did I pay? I told him cash so he needed the exact cash refund. I was given in order to give me a $20 bill back because that’s what I gave them 🤦🏽‍♀️waiting for my refund to be returned to me, and some older lady comes in the line just mopping the floor,moving back me not saying excuse me or anything customer service is really sad at this place.Believe me I will never return to this...

This location ruined my “cheat day” of having fried foods. I ordered the 3 piece chicken combo with fries and it was disgusting. Both thighs and leg was undercooked and fatty. My fries were not hot. I called to let them know and the guy said they’ll replace it and to bring my receipt. I didn’t feel like going back out so I went the next day and brought the nasty food in so he could see what they’re giving to customers. So he replaces my order with yet another gross undercooked meal right after I told him to cook it a little longer. I just said forget it and vow to never order chicken from this place ever again. I’m better off cooking my own food and staying away from certain restaurants. My food tastes way better and at...
