KFC — Restaurant in Sanford

Very disappointed stopped there on way back to Fayetteville from getting granddaughter a procedure done at unc hospital.Thats all ahe wanted was KFC we went 10 minutes out of the way just to keep my promise to her to get what ahe wanted wven drowsy and hadnt ate aince last night due to having the procedure we atill went and decided to go in to relax from the heat and the worries of the day only to go in and sweat from it being extremely hot.She needed to use bathroom mind you shes still not 100 percent stable but as we entered the restroom there was a caution sign wet floor we had to step around it ... was beyond just wet it was so much it made a splash when she atepped around it.myself also had to be cautious and still slipped and almost fell.We got back to table to wait on food cause nothing was ready had a 8 minute wait I went to counter to get the food told the girl the bathroom was soaking wwt and coming out of the door to get told yea i know we have a leak..Then proceed to go back to get a missing item to only stand there for 3 to 4 minutes trying to get someones attention because everyone that ao called worked there was in the back and totally ignored me even though they seen me standing there all and all 35 dollars later and a big inconvenience im truly disappointed especially when my granddaughter wasnt feeling well yet still tried to make her feel better by getting the only thing she wanted.Big thumbs down I know where we wont ever try and...

Service here has become mundane. No enthusiasm no conviction no suggestive selling. When you pull up to the dtw sign with no one in front of you, go ahead and turn your vehicle off. It'll be 5 minutes before they speak. A lot of times they will be out of a lot of products in the middle of the day. Went one time at lunch and they were out of original chicken for the day??? Menu board should list "when available" if they gonna advertise having it as a regular menu option. New items such as gizzards that have been blasted as back on the marquee should also be updated on the menu board with options. And put a smile in their voice. It sounds like you just interrupted something they were doing when they finally answer the speaker. The thousands of dollars you just spent upgrading the store appearance was a complete waste if you're not gonna be excited about what you do!! My wife doesn't like the spicy chicken offered across the street so we stop in this location for the original "when available" and the gizzards. We've seen many management changes recently and no active visual of managers moving about in the store. First time there and will never go back. Placed an online order for pickup. Arrived at the location and head inside to grab the order in the pickup area. There were no orders ready for pick up. Stood at the register waiting for service for awhile. I spoke w an employee and said I was there for a pickup. Since the order was already marked complete, they had no clue what I was there for. Had to repeat my order 3 times to them. As I was waiting, I heard the manager yell at an employee about dropping containers which was a complete accident. The kitchen area was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. After 20 mins, I was informed they ran out of certain items. So I chose replacements. Then I finally get my food. Only to realize they didn’t even fulfill my order correctly. I was missing items I paid for. The food was so over cooked it wasn’t even edible. The tenders tasted like they had been sitting under a warming lamp for hours. The fries had been sitting out for a long while as well. The only thing that was decent was the biscuit.
