Come in today and ordered my usual. Bacon platter. The things wrong with it today, and is the way they are doing it now.

#1: Scrambled eggs looked bad, they were not scrambled but in a roll. The scrambled eggs I used to get here for the last few years were scrambled, taste great, and they gave you a good size portion. TODAY - You get a egg roll, almost like an egg roll loaf cut into slices and put on your plate. THIS is gross, and taste gross.

The manager told me I had to order it scrambled, and that was the way it has always been. Clearly this guy is new to this location, because they NEVER served egg loaf rolls at this location, and it has always been good.

#2: The biscuits are done differently now, they taste and look different. It is almost like the new management decided to take what was good and throw it out the window for what is just simply put, GROSS.

The manager insisted this is the way they always do it, pretty much trying to say I am lying. This guy is new here, and does NOT know how it used to be.

Will never come back to this place again.

You never make your customers out to be the ones wrong when they are the ones who are coming here to eat. Especially at a place they have eaten...

Was shocked at my experience today. The girl taking orders on the iPad outside was the rudest person. I pulled up and she was taking the orders way far back instead of walking the cars up which was causing a big traffic issue at the road. I pulled up and said, hey good morning I'm gonna pull up so we can let people in there's cars honking at the entrance. She said "I was already gonna say that I know how to do my job" I said "uh excuse me?" She said "oh I was telling someone on the mic something... whatever what's your order?" I was baffled! Spoke to the manager who was very nice and apologetic but WOW. This isn't somewhere we frequent but was trying to get my child a good breakfast before our long day out. I think we will stick to the other options around. I can deal with subpar employees but that girl was just nasty for no reason. Food was...

There items are relatively fresh. My understanding is that they buy locally, within a region. I could be wrong. Anyhow,... Got a particular affliction for their pork chop biscuits, they use to leave their bone on those. They seemed to be better tasting. I wasn't told the bone enclosure first I tried one, so it was a discomforting surprise when I took a full bite, the first time. Maybe that's why they don't have the bone 🦴 any longer. They did taste better. The only reason they are not getting a 5 Stars rating from me, is because their orange is not "Premium" (as it is reconstituted from concentrate). And that all the big chains are using "American Cheese". I wish they called Space age cheese or else. Horrible on cholesterol, pasteurized (not alive like Real cheese) Enjoy, bring your own...
