Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Sanger

We got dinner last night from here. On the store, there is a poster that says California combo for $5.99. It’s not anywhere on the menu because it’s a new promo. So I order in the drive thru 2 of the Cali combos. The cashier asks medium or large so we say large. We added a shake (turns out there is only one size and it’s almost $7! It was good but not worth $7) She then asks if we want a cinnamon roll with our meal since they were recently warmed so we said sure! The total was $30! So we went to the window and I asked, “Wasn’t our combos $5.99?” The cashier said, “Oh that’s only for the small and you didn’t say you wanted the $5.99 or the small combo.” Ummmm 1. We didn’t know because it doesn’t say that on the poster or the menu and 2. She only asked us if we wanted a medium or large so how could we have known there was a small if she didn’t even offer or say that?? 3. The cinnamon roll was $6 and small so it would’ve been nice if we had known the price for it. Maybe it’s our fault for not asking more questions? Idk. The food was pretty good but I’m just so astonished at the pricing and I felt like maybe she was being a bit manipulative? She acted like we should’ve already known and kept constantly smiling through us asking questions. We brought it up and said that wasn’t really right and she just acted like “oh well, your problem” kind of thing. It was...

The only negative thing I have experienced here is I found head hair in my fries and that was after I started chewing...that grossed me out as soon as I seen what I spit out. I checked the rest and all was clear but I just couldn't continue eating them so I threw them away. The upside is that after calling the number on my receipt, I told them what I found and they agreed to give me free fries and a medium drink, but I was already too far (not from town) and I asked for my money back. This happened on a Friday and they were ok with me coming back on Monday (had to go back to Sanger for work related task) I only got part of my money back for the fries and medium drink. I was ok with that...to me that was fair and a little more because nothing was wrong with my drink. The burger was awesome so no complaints there. To me this was handled fair. To everyone that doesn't check there food before eating should start checking...I making it...

Went through the drive thru and I had special orders for my burgers . I even repeated them to the 2 ladies taking my order. I got to the window and I gave my debit card to the girl to pay got my food and went home . Well I got home and the whole order was wrong , called the store and spoke with a Miguel and he said for me to hold on to the burgers to take them back when I get I to town so they can make me new ones. Like umm no I don't know when I'll be back to sanger and I am not holding them. I asked for a manager and he just kept talking to another person and telling me to hd on. So finally I got a manager she said her name was Lorena very Un professional. I asked for the corporate number and they gave me a disconnected number . I'm so upset . Bad service, they need to hire...
