Awful went in expecting a normal experience instead left feeling disgusted and wondering how are they allowed to continue with this behavior. I ordered some burritos and when I home they were made wrong I called and explained to them what had happened in calm polite way since I in work customer service I get how much of a relief that can be. They said they would give me a credit for the two burritos and could pick them up the next day I was relived. Came back later to get them only to be told they didn't have anyone call yesterday about a complaint. Which is not true because I spoke to a man over the phone right after I had got my order, they argued with me back and fourth and said the manager would've given me their name personally, which also didn't happen. I explained they didn't give me a name they only asked for mine they said they couldn't help me out. It is not my fault for not knowing how their credit policy works as customer its their job to report to a manger if a customer complains on the phone about a order, and they should've taken my name down and made absolutely sure that the name in question is correct. As I was about to leave they told me that they would begrudgingly remake our order this one time and next time we better have the manager's name. The way the talked down to us and reminded us multiple times of this fact as we were leaving was very rude, and over the top the fact that the lady who served us last night refused to come to the window after the fact when we pulled up to pick up the order was suspicious as I wanted to remind her that she was the same person who served me last night why would I lie about this.I've heard too many other similar stories from colleagues regarding their experiences at this particular location and its night...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI always say this place is a hit or miss but I've finally figured it out. Its the morning shift. The evening shift is awesome and the food is mostly cooked right and warm. But this morning, i ordered online and when I pulled up, they said they had no soda. They said they could get me a small tea or orange juice or water. I had ordered a large drink which was 3.19. So I asked if I could substitute the drink for another food item. The cashier went and checked with the manager and came back and said yes but to only one of their simple hard tacos. I said well cant I substitute for something that costs around the same thing as a drink? She huffed, went back to talk to the manger, and came back with the manager where the manager asked, "What do you want?" I said the Cheesy beef burrito which is 2.79 and she didnt say yes, she just put it on the screen and walked away. I assumed it was a yes. Then the girl looked out behind me where 2 cars had gotten in line behind me. She went back in to the back and came out 30 seconds later with my bag. I parked to check to make sure everything was in there. I took out the burrito i just asked for to eat on the way home because im pregnant and was hungry. The burrito was literally slopped together, rice was undercooked and hard, 1/2 the burrito was refrigerator cold and the other 1/2 was just warm and wasn't stuffed much. Plus the other foods were very cool too. Idk why the attitude was there or why the food was not warm or literally thrown together but it was disappointing. I realized looking back all the problems I've had with this particular Taco bell, has been in the AM. Night shift is usually awesome, more upbeat, and satisfactory. Their stuff has been just thrown in the bag squish broken or missing items the last time we said screw it decided and not go back and get our food but tonight we decided to go back to Get our food. The young lady argued with my son saying that we mustāve ate it weāre trying to get free stuff first that attitude secondly I called And she said that we took over an hour to get there which travel time in itself takes 24 minutes to 28 minutes round-trip let alone we went through both bags that we had and also found out the stuff was gone and then we also had to get back in the car and go over there and get it again which is an additional 15 minutes added onto that so she tried to argue then she got a little attitude and was arguing it was an hr hello travel time three timesā¦. definitely donāt eat there.
