Gotta order ur pizzas extra crisp . Its the way to go ..

But ....

The whole place was a mess. No management at all! Like literally everyone is just running around doing what ever .. No gloves whatsoever .. im watching everyone.. everyone is touching their face, their hair, their Hat, their drinking cup, the restuarant phone and cash etc. Not once did u see anyone wash their hands.. NOT ONCE! TheIR station bay looks disgusting 😒 hands just grabbing everything and anything and mind u no gloves.. how do u work with no gloves. Contamination. And the workers drinking cups are just everywhere. How is that even sanitary. I did not see one sanitation bucket anywhere.

Only reason I look around is because I know how the restuarant industry work. And this is poor management. The lady in the red shirt (im assuming is the manager) didnt even sugguest her crewmembers go and help clean lobby 😒 .. tables were dirty and sticky the floors were gross .. ( MIND YOU IT WASNT BUSY )

11 crew members on the clock and not one person help clean the lobby or even help clean the place up . Ughhh.

I had ordered ahead for pick up and was told it would be a 20-25min wait for the three pizzas I ordered. I had waited 30min then went to pick up my order. When I got there I paid and then had to wait another 30min. When my order was finally done, I had asked if all the pizzas were fresh because I had only seen two get made, and the worker said yes. As I got closer to my car , I noticed that one box didn't feel warm at all, so I opened it and touched the pizza and realized it was cool at best. I walked back in and told the worker that he had given me a cold pizza even after I was assured they were all fresh. I was given two options, waiting longer so they can remake the cold pizza or take a refund. I took the refund so that the two hot pizzas i was already given wouldn't get cold. The biggest kicker of the entire situation was that there were 10 or so employees there, and they had maybe 4 orders to make on their board, and all they were concerned about was what music they...

I wasnt to impressed with this paticular location. Thier service was very slow and the crew appeared to be lost behind the counter. So after waiting 20 mins in line and making my order i go to pay and all i have is a hundred dollar bill. Si im told they dont accept 100 dollar bills unless its a purchase over 75 dollars. So im forced to cancel my order leave all my friends waiting and go try and get change. If my whole group wasn't thier i would have gone else where. I wouldn't recommend it to any one. Update.....I came in to this location again because my wife picked it out. I will stand on my original review and add this. This place was so dirty like no one was put on the dining floor. The employee attending looked and acted like they did not want to be there. Honestly i don't believe i will ever come here again. I cannot in all fairness give them even one 👍 they need to get some things...
