Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I ordered my sons bday cake on Tuesday for Sunday (6 days ahead) when I went to pick it up they said they never “received” my order. I didn’t think to call to confirm if my cake order was receive because I received an email confirmation and I’ve ordered @ other bakeries and never had to do this because they’re responsible enough to make the cake. They offered a premade cake to make up for their “error” but I did not take it because it looked old and nothing like the cake I initially ordered and for the same price. I’ve never experienced this. I might have bad experiences here and there but never this bad or bad enough to leave a negative review but since my son was extra excited for his cake… I felt extra disappointed. This location seems extremely unorganized. On the pic below u can see the day: Tuesday (8/31) and the type of cake I ordered. The third pic is similar to the cake I was offered for their error (instead of the dodgers it was topped with 6-8...

Really disappointed with the management at this location. Only one employee was scheduled tonight, and she was working incredibly hard with a thirty-minute line of customers impatiently waiting while each ordered long and complex orders, shakes and sundaes and more. I don't know what the manager is thinking, but this 1-star review is entirely on their head: you MUST keep your staff covered with at least two people working at any given time.

For the young woman working this evening, I give you individually a 5-stat review for you hard work.

Update: We learned today that the management at this location still sucks. They require their employees to not honor the coupons they...

This is the second time i try with this place...i called and BOTH times the person answering speaks only spanish..the first time i asked questions saw she was having trouble answering in english so i told her to talk to me in spanish it isnt a problem i had never bought baskin robbins so i guess i was asking questions she had no time for so i went to a different location instead ...but i just called again months later..same thing doesnt understand english asked a few things only got "yes" as a reply and again i told her she could talk to me in spanish if its s problem she stayed quiet and just hung up on me...
