Late Night Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Ana

So my boyfriend and I made the terrible decision to try and order pizza yesterday around maybe 11:30 pm for delivery from brizios, It was taking us so long to order because there website was not working, when we finally place the order for delivery for that same day , (didn’t close till 3 am) so we obviously thought we would get the pizza in around 45 to and hour I would say hour and thirty minutes max, no we placed the order and at the bottom it said (thank you for your order delivery time 10:40 am the next day) are you serious who’s eating pizza at 10:00 am in the morning. So obviously we called because they did stay opened till 3 am. And we talked to Jorge (hi Jorge I hope you’re reading this because you were no help at all and I don’t know why they have someone who doesn’t know anything, answering a phone for people with questions). We called to cancel the pizza order because we where not trying to eat pizza for breakfast. Jorge said he didn’t know anything about no order and that he couldn’t help us nor leave a note on the managers table to tell them we no longer wanted the order. We wake up to this phone call in the morning from another employee from brizios saying that (they were sorry because they didn’t have any French fries or something like that, that we had order with the pizza, so then again we try to cancel the order because we no trynna eat pizza at damm 10 am, second employee no help either, he said he couldn’t cancel the order because they were already on their way when he is asking us is he wanted anything else instead of the fries, he brought cake. We paid $40 dollars for a 12 inch pizza 2 cans sodas and something we didn’t even want. I work at a food industry this is such bad management. Honestly, I should have gone to Pizza loca down the street if I knew the customer service was gonna be this bad. I came to try out the "best" pizza my friend recommended to me, but the time I got my pizza, the employees have already ruined my appetite. Fernando should be trained again by management when it comes to being polite and knowing when a customer has entered the restaurant. I was standing in line for 10 mins and didn't say anything because maybe they were busy, but after hearing laughing and talking going on and being the only person in there, I just realized that they didn't even care about the customers and after he did help me he told me I wouldn't be able to afford some cookies. I don't know why he would ask that, but I would expect him to try to sell me them, not tell me I can't afford them. The pizza was alright and was not worth the trouble that day.

Update after response from owner:Hello, and thank you for your response, but no, I'm not who ever your assuming, i might be from Yelp. Though with your reply now i know this a regular problem for your establishment and yes it's always good to stand by your employees but its also better to teach your employees to be better then protect them for the errors they're making for your business. I understand now why the employees are the way they are if management is training and protecting this behavior. A simple sorry, and next time it won't happen would have been okay for me but now your accusing me how unprofessional. I'll be sure to make a yelp review as well since people need to be aware of what to experience...

As the Name blatantly indicates, this Pizza Spot is open as late as 3AM! And supes convenient, right off the 5fwy at 17th street and Main in Downtown Santa Ana. Uber Dank 🍕 Pizza, great deals, and for a pizza spot, surprisingly well done deserts like Terra Missu (sp?).... Chicks always dig this dessert Dude! And the staff is way mellow, plus 🐕 Dog Friendly 👍 ....

Did I mention they're the ONLY pizza place open after 1am in all Southern CA?! I'll be honest, my only research is having lived in all SD, LA, and Orange County thru the years and never been able to get pizza after midnight... I mean, DUUUUDE!!!❤️DELICIOUS PIZZA and More, workers ALWAYS friendly, and as late as normal (or abnormal) people stay up, they're Open!

Stoked on this spot and next to my brother's house, which is also the next light up from the 5 freeway exit.... idk why another place wouldn't do the same late hours, cuz they are def getting ALL late night business....💜🐾💕🍕❤️we love you guys and...
