Today, May 1st, 2024, I ordered food for takeout at this location. I had someone pick it up, and when they got home I noticed I was missing 2 of the items I had already payed for, tried calling several times and got not response. When we made the drive back to Carl’s Jr and let the staff know what happened, we were treated very rudely by a guy working around 6:40 pm, whom we were referred to by Kevin O who was the employee taking our order. We were first accused of not paying for the two items by the employee we were referred to, so we showed them the receipt as proof. When Kevin, was giving us both items, the employee we were referred to stepped in very rudely and told him that we didn’t order a large, and told him to give us the small, despite the app not having a size option. We had to wait for our correct order to be given to us, and when it was, it was only placed at the counter, no name was said, nor were we given any indication that it was ours, til we walked back to the counter and asked if that was ours. We were NOT compensated for having to make the drive back, AND on top of that, were treated very rudely by the employee we were referred to. To make matters worse, a female employee was the one not answering any calls going through, why my call was not answered when I tried doing so, and my family that first picked up the food said she was the one that first handed it to them without checking if the order was complete. Arriving at the restaurant close to 9 o'clock, I was uncertain if the front door would be open. As I approached, I noticed a staff member, whom standing by the door. I politely asked if the door was open, but to my surprise, instead of a simple answer, the lady staff reacted with hostility. Her immediate anger and use of profanity towards me were completely uncalled for and shocking. I struggled to comprehend what could have provoked such a reaction from a simple inquiry about the door being open. It was a deeply uncomfortable situation that left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome.I urge Carl's Jr. management to take this matter seriously and ensure that their staff receive proper training, particularly in customer service and behavioral etiquette. Such behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise reputable establishment. Read moreThe manager at this Carl's Jr is not a good manager, she has cut a lot of my ex co workers hours, which made them quit and look for other jobs. When Cheryl was there , she was a good manager who knew how to run a restaurant and her crew. I advise you not to get a job there because you will only work 2 hours, and only 1 day. That happened to me, I was down to 1 day and working only 2 hours. The shift leader Angle is very demanding and bossy, always telling you what to do, and when to do it. Angel and the new manager Veronica don't do anything at all, they stand around and talk to each other. My old manager Cheryl was the best manager that I have worked with, I don't like the new manager Veronica at all. A lot of my ex co workers have left Carl's Jr, due to Veronica, and have gotten new jobs . So again I advise you not to apply at this Carl's Jr because Veronica and Angel will only boss you around and tell you what to do, and your hours will only be 1 day a week and...
