Completely disgusted with this location and the unprofessionalism of the 3 employees working on 7/15/19 @ 4:59pm. My son took a bite and pulled out a long hair tied as round his food. He began to gag and almost puked on the table. At that moment my appetite was gone and now my food will be fed to my dogs waiting money spent and now having to go elsewhere. My issues is with the children they have working, when my husband took the hair up to show them, they acted as if we were just trying to get free food, NERVE! They laughed and had audacity to give attitude, especially the one with the dark hair working in the kitchen who gave dirty looks after remaking a new burrito that my son will not touch until I pick it apart, poor guy had to wait even longer to eat. I will be contacting code enforcement to make them aware of the employees who are clearly not following proper safety procedures to avoid contamination. Save your money of go to as different location!!! Management needs to get rid of s few bad apples, the facility itself looked great. Had my kids not been there it could have been a scene, the employees need to be held accountable and proper...
Read moreThey're MUCH more generous with their servings than near by Taco bells, and their pricing is better too! Food is out quick. Sauces are free to grab and not an extra if you go inside, which is something other locations don't offer.
As is a general plus of being a Tacobell, it has a decently big vegan and vegetarian selection. I'm neither, but I know it's important to some.
This seems to be an "experimental" location, aka, new items hit this store first before the public, so that's awesome.
Also, keep in mind that the main way of ordering at this location if walking in is by ordering on a kiosk. There isn't interaction with a worker unless you ask, or it seems you need help. That and this location is next to two schools. Once class is out, it's busy.
The rare few times I've had an issue with my order (missing a drink, for example), the workers were nice and quick to make it right.
Overall, it's very nice by Tacobell standards. A modernized location with new offerings at a cheaper price. Unless anything changes as of writing, it's a...
Read moreThe worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and if you call to speak to a manager or even tell them that you've called the corporate offices they DO.NOT.CARE! they will continue to sell you burnt/old beans, stale chips/shells/tortillas, tacos without lettuce, incorrect portions, leave out the sauce and/or cheese even though you ask and pay for extra, etc.. Then become confrontational blaming you for the incorrect order while refusing to remake the item(s) despite the receipt proof that you're right and if you go in with a voucher from corporate to compensate your experience they won't except them now I have never gotten sick from eating taco bell before but this location seems to thrive on changing that I've gone quite a few times since moving thinking and hoping the last horrible order was a one off or out of last minute need after work but enough is enough I'll drive the extra mile to the next location this one should be closed or given to someone...
