Starbucks — Restaurant in Santa Ana

So yesterday,I had ordered a cookie and a grande summer lemonade berry at the register. I was given a cookie at the register but was never asked what’s my name or asked if I wanted a receipt,Only being told thank you. I was waiting for my drink while everyone else was getting their drinks. One of the employees asks me what drink I was waiting for and I respond by saying My summer lemonade berry drink. He told me he will see how long the drink is gonna be made. I am still waiting for my drink,While waiting for my drink, they asked me some questions that what was my drink order which to I replied saying the same drink order I told the man and asked me if i ordered at the register which I replied by saying yes. During the whole wait time,I was waiting for 19 minutes. Finally, I had gotten my drink and they apologized for making me wait to which I said it’s fine. But I don’t think it’s okay to make someone wait that long for a drink order. The only evidence I had of the purchase of the cookie and the drink which was 10.20. I went on the app to check if it would have the same amount and it was. I've been a gold card member of starbucks for many years and spend well over a thousand a year at their stores.

This store is layed out great. The size is great. It has 2 big problems though. 1st is homeless people. They seem to love this store. It is not uncommon to see them and their shopping carts taking up 2 tables inside or outside. They have a combo lock on the mensroom (code is 12345) but not on the womens. It is a normal occurrence to see homeless men and women going into the womens room. The second (and biggest) issue is the staff. They are low quality. Not in the last 8 months have I seen anybody there move beyond 1st gear. Everything is done V-E-R-Y S-L-O-W-L-Y. If you are in a hurry for anything, don't come here. Just last night I was the ONLY one there. It still took them 8 minutes after they took my order before they even started making my drink. In that time 3 others came in and ordered. 3 employees were there. One taking orders, one wiping counters and one counting stock. SERIOUS....THIS PLACE IS SLOWER THAN SNOT when it...

Strike 6 you're out. The first three items I ordered they didn't have. Drinkable yogurt (nope), Sous Vide Egg White (sorry, but we have the other kind), multi-grain bagel (oops, sorry). That's 3 strikes, but they weren't done yet. Then they made me a pretty bad White Chocolate Mocha (it blew), strike 4. I will say there were plenty of seats and plugs which allowed me and my friend to get work done comfortably. Then I made the mistake of having to go to the restroom. One had a coded lock and the other one didn't which seemed odd to me, so I went in the one that didn't to find an out of order sign on the stall door. So I went and got the code easily from the staff and went into the other restroom to find a very unpleasant toilet. I basically had to clean it up myself to use it. It was pretty clear nobody had cleaned it in a while judging by the mess and how dirty the floor was (strike 5 and 6). Overall this location has potential, it seems to be a good space and you can sit enjoy your coffee or work here pretty comfortably. But, there are some clear management issues. ...
