Upon arrival the girl at register was unfriendly, rolling her eyes at us and showing professionalism. Purchased 2 meals, sourdough chicken which was fine, and sourdough Jack which was made with spoiled meat. Returned to request refund, and asked for the manager. Same girl smugly said she was in charge. So we asked for the money back for the sourdough Jack meal as after biting into spoiled meat, did not want any part of the whole meal. The girl rolled her eyes some more, and refused to give refund for the meal, even though it was clearly all there. First and foremost there should have been an apology for serving something that could possibly kill a customer, but instead we were treated like trash, and had to demand repeatedly to receive refund for the whole meal. She finally gave the refund I think, since there was nothing given to prove that it was refunded. Main point is that products that are spoiled should NEVER BE SERVED, and the person who is IN CHARGE should act professionally while handling concerns, especially when they are putting peoples...
