Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Upon arrival the girl at register was unfriendly, rolling her eyes at us and showing professionalism. Purchased 2 meals, sourdough chicken which was fine, and sourdough Jack which was made with spoiled meat. Returned to request refund, and asked for the manager. Same girl smugly said she was in charge. So we asked for the money back for the sourdough Jack meal as after biting into spoiled meat, did not want any part of the whole meal. The girl rolled her eyes some more, and refused to give refund for the meal, even though it was clearly all there. First and foremost there should have been an apology for serving something that could possibly kill a customer, but instead we were treated like trash, and had to demand repeatedly to receive refund for the whole meal. She finally gave the refund I think, since there was nothing given to prove that it was refunded. Main point is that products that are spoiled should NEVER BE SERVED, and the person who is IN CHARGE should act professionally while handling concerns, especially when they are putting peoples...

Hit the drive thru this morning for a bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo plain. What I received was a plain burger but with no bacon. This also happened the last time I was here 4 weeks ago. I called then to inform them about the issue but it looks like someone missed the memo. Now today. Of course it happened again on my 30 min lunch hour. I called and let them know that I was returning for a refund. All good right? Well no. To the lady who helped me with my refund. You're lucky I don't plaster your name on here. Mam you have a bad vibe about you how can you look at me with a mad face and treat a customer with no respect. Look me in my eyes when you're making contact with customers. Humble yourself and your team. If your upset at this don't take it out on anyone but yourself. I'm a regular missy and I see you and that attitude is very apparent. Jack! I love your food offerings but I'm not going to waste anymore time coming to this...

So today's youth is why I have nightmares of this place so this Jack in the Box charges 29 cents for any dressing like buttermilk or whatever sause that's not included with your meal. Yo fine whatever times are tough people try to earn extra money that's no problem so when I wanted my extra buttermilk they forgot to put it in the bag okay I did not want to go back in line or to go in there for my 29 Cent buttermilk so a few weeks later the same young girl one of the pretty ones I told her the situation that you forgot my buttermilk and she told me I should have called the phone number to get my refund. Yo so I told her can I get it right now she said no you have to pay for it OMG I have nightmares till this day what am I supposed to do call the phone number and look like a fool for wanting my 29th and buttermilk today's youth have no sense of money sense all...
