I had a feeling when I walked into the big fancy store with over the top displays that I would be paying extra and I did. It's one thing to have a great presentation but it must match your product. I purchased one of their 1/8ths listed as top shelf for 65. It was dry and had nanners in it and looked like it had been harvested a little too early (probably when they noticed the nanners). The receptionists and the man helping in the reception area were very polite and helpful. To get my dried out hermied 1/8th I had to deal with a stone cold bud tender who wouldn't answer any questions and they seemed to be in a hurry to have me leave. I'm never coming back here.

Edit: I accepted your offer to return but I specifically made no mention of my previous experience. I wanted to have a completely untainted second visit to round out my review. Here is how it went, while checking in at the reception area one of the workers asks me if I live in another state. I reply no, and she starts asking me other information. When I ask her whats going on she suddenly pivots her screen around to display the information she is looking at to me. Another worker notices this and quickly pivots the screen back away from me and let's me know there is another account with my same name, email, and birthday, but from another state. (my guess is a worker entered the info wrong from my first visit)

I re register and while I'm doing so the third worker states , "oh hes a veteran so give him the veterans discount" No one ever said anything about a veterans discount on my first visit. I ordered on the tablet and picked up the product. The bud tender wasn't as bad as last time but I wouldn't call it great customer service.

Similar experience with the product, You can't actually view what you are buying most of the time which is absolutely annoying. Most of their products are packaged this way. On this visit, once again the ipad menu picture didn't hold a candle to what was actually in the package. Not as bad as last time, but bad enough for me not to return.

Yo yo yo it's your boy STUGGS LOOKIN4 NUGGS. I have been to people's a good number of times, and this is my review of the store and some strains/brands. As a general review for the store. I think it's a beautiful setup. With a bottom level as well as top level. The downstairs area is amazingly informative staff and setups alike. The up stairs is beautiful. However, this is why I give it a four, not five. The shelves seem a little cluttered, making it a little overwhelming even to me, an experienced buyer. The shelving is more like desert cases. Also, I give it a four because, out of most OC dispensaries, I feel the bud tenders are lacking in something. I just don't feel that Stoner welcome vibe when I shop their I feel it's more business than culture. I guess you'd say they're indica like in da couch vs sativa. Also parking there is very tight. I've seen a few accidents. However, on to the good. Their buds are almost always very fresh. I did in February get a jar of bud from August of 22. That's six months one of the oldest I've seen. Even so, their bud is better than most dispensaries in a few ways. They have an easy to read layout when you shop in case the cases overwhelm you. Blem is always top shelf. I've smoked them all from people's, and it's never a miss. I have pictures of their indica. It's a heavy hitter indca for pain and sleep. It's lights out with blems indica from people's. Also, the cali lotus biscotti is another good pick mid to top. It was an amazing strain to pick up people. The orange hairs on it are incredible. Old school chronic smoker choice. It's a smooth hittin hybrid. You really feel a doozy when hitting this fresh puffy flower. The taste is alive with this one. Finally, to end the review, we have a bottom shelf, which is lolos Rainbow runts. I have smoked plenty of lolos, and with people's, it's always fresher nugs.
