Horrible! My boyfriend and I walked in, we were the only ones there, literally! The employees were hiding in the back. Took them about 3 minutes to take our orders. We ordered separately. My boyfriend ordered first. I saw a second employee filling the soda cup for his order while I placed my order. We sat down, and waited. I got my food, the employees completed the orders from the drive thru. No food for my boyfriend yet. A family of 3 came in, placed their order. Nine minutes later I went up to the register to ask about his food. And with the most horrible attitude the employee said "its not ready because it didn't appear on the screen". Really!? Of course I was mad. How was that my problem. So I asked, then why was his soda cup filled? And she mumbled something. The family of 3 got their food and off they went. To top the whole thing off I asked for the receipt back, which by the way was snatched off my hand. I did mention I wanted the receipt back because I was going to call their manager. With the same "I don't give a rat's arse" attitude the same employee said, "go!! call!! the number is right there". Read moreI ordered online through BK app for pick up. I got to the drive-thru and then found out that they are out of milk shake about $5. The server don't know how to refund me and had language barrier. I was the only customer at the drive-thru and it took close to 10 mins to get my order. What's the point of ordering ahead on the app?! It was a good thing that I checked my order in the parking lot because the burger was not as ordered. I had to go thru the drive-thru again. The same server claimed that he is the manager and refused to replace the burger unless I pay for it. I paid for the same burger again for their mistake, so I can get my food and leave. Read moreThis place has always had their issues but what really got me was when I went yesterday I asked if they had decaf coffee and was told they did so I ordered some DECAF coffee. I went back again today and asked for a cup of decaf coffee and was told they don’t have decaf and never had. When I mentioned I got decaf the day before, I was told that more than likely it was just regular coffee. This is incredibly bad business practice and worries me a lot because it can put people lives endangered. I would have rather been told they don’t have decaf than be told they do and be served regular instead as I can’t have caffeine.
