I entered the drive thru not 20 minutes ago (roughly 10pm) and explained I needed a second to get our order together. Told the gentleman who answered us that I was ready with 2 orders, at which point he said "You can't order 2. They haven't trained us for multiple orders on the system yet."
My wife and I both looked at each other confused... We ask them "So we can't order 2 combos?", answer "No". So I ask further, "So I can only order a single combo with you at this time?", answer "Yes." I then ask, "So you cannot just take 1 order, and then close out the tab and make another for my second combo and close out each tab then process at the window?", answer "No."
At this point I told them, "Thank you, we're not going to bother ordering if you cannot take our order." To which they said "Thank you, good night."
I don't know who the employees are, but I noticed upon checking reviews, that there has been more than a few complains both here (Google) and on other sites (Yelp) all with similar late night service from the staff. Starting around 10pm through 1am (see Cesar Lopez's post below mine).
If management isn't training their people, shame on them and the employees deserve better treatment, but I doubt this is the truth. The employee's response makes me think that the night shift didn't seem to care about sales or customers. If I had walked into the store and made 2 orders separately, why would that have been a problem?

Read moreI came here for a quick snack before work around 2:50-3:10 thru the drive thru and was attended by a guy with a scar on his arm to be specific since I didn’t get his name I ordered some tacos and when I came to the window I wanted to add some fry’s and I waited almost 3 minutes before he even greeted me so when he came to the window finally I asked him to add a large curly fry he turned around with out saying anything and slammed the bag on the counter and put some fry’s in the bag which I let slide Then when he came back to the window and I asked for sauce as well and handed him a 50$ bill and he turned around again with out saying anything at all and walking away with my bill and yells at his manager if he has change and rolled his eyes I asked him to give me back my 50 and I told him to cancel the order and he yelled why really hostile and I told him because you have a attitude problem I’m not spending my hard working money at this place u don’t care if it’s 3$ 7$ or 10$ he acted as if I was getting the food for free like hello this is your job your getting payed 20$ an hour to stand around the least you can do is smile...

The manager come to the window as asked in a rude way are you missing anything I said yes my order of tacos he said I put them in the bag I said no it’s not he kept arguing with me until I pulled everything out the bag to prove the tacos where not in the bag. Later when eating the burger I order the bread had mold on it, I called the restaurant and never answered so I drove back to the restaurant which I arrived at 9:55 and it was already closed when it clearly says they close at 10. As we got in I told the employee I would like a refund for this burger she asked why what is the problem I told her there’s mold on the bread and she looked at me and said what do you mean? The manger then came and asked what is the problem I processed to say I want a refund for this as it has mold on the bun. All he has to say was oh would you like another one? No apology no nothing.
