Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Tonight on September 20, 2025 between 0115 -0145 hours.

I order my food thru drvie thru and i paid with EBT. The supervisor was speaking to the cashier when the windows were closed so u cant hear anything. Then when the cashier was about to accept payment from me, He stated to the supervisor, "Thats what you meant hows he is paying." I found that odd.

The staff had me back up from the register. And handed me my bag and i ordered 2 tacos, 1 medium fry, and large coke. When i drove away the fries were stale but hot and had a non fresh smell and taste. And when i bit one taco, the taco shell was difficult to chew and it was really stale yet hot.

I put two and two together is that they give those with EBT, either the unclaimed food from hours; or serve you products that are about to expire; or they reheat via microwave food so they can make profit fron those with EBT.

Then i called the locatiin and the cashiee answered and i stated who i was and requested to speak to the female supervisor and he was rude and then hung up on me. When i called again, the phone kept sending me to voicemail.

That is very wrong, unethical, illegal, and violates many federal and state regulations like FDA, CDC, and CDPH.

I want this matter to be addressed ASAP. If thete is no correction, i will contact DHCS, OSHA, CDC, CDPH, and FDA to investigate this matter. This can kill people or cause a serious illness.

Not only can this location be shut down, evrryone involve would be arrested; lawsuits would engage; and a big epidemic.

Depending on the employees mood is how you’ll get your food! If they just had an aggravating experience with the local transients. Not only will you get the wrong food you paid for,most likely you’d paid more, but they charge you extra for condiments you don’t even get. It’s unbelievable how many times I tried contacting corporate and the machine always says their closed!!! I’ve gotten burgers not even closely wrapped and packaged right and is shaking it up with the fries and a box of chicken nuggets which I’m pretty sure people have touched the box on the outside and now my child’s food is in contact with those germs. The older Mexican lady gives as much attitude as if it’s entailed in her job description. Only reason I come back is because it’s close by where I live and I drive for work all day long it’s Convenient and price isn’t that bad the only good thing I could say is food is good but the quality of service, well let’s just say at times I feel as if I were one of the...

The mousy looking brunette girl with glasses at the window around 1:30pm June 22nd 2022 is very poor at her job. Asked me back up 6 feet, after I did she disappeared with my card. Hard it ready with receipt 30 seconds later and waived me up. I have no idea what could have been done with my card so I blocked all transactions for that card on my app. Then i started getting charges for online shopping site for ladies clothes. I'm a guy. Found that suspicious. Ordered a new card of course. But thats just a really crumby thing to do with ppls hard earned money. Granted fast food isn't the right life for some people, you really got to try hard at doing the this poorly to ramdom people. I hope her managers deal with this correctly. Saw 7 car behind me that were waiting. Wonder how many cards she disappeared...
