Mos 2 — Restaurant in Santa Ana

The food is great but WARNING the cashier is stealing money. I watched as the cashier rung up my food and it came out to a total of 21.85 dollars and he charged me 22.85 dollars. I thought it was weird so I gave him 40 dollars cash to where he only gave me 15 dollars back. He thought I wouldn’t notice. So I called him out on it and I noticed all the employees get nervous. He was so nervous that I noticed that he dropped one of my plates and had to redo them. Sad thing was that I was going to tip that amount but I personally don’t like being robbed in plain sight. THERES A REASON THEY ONLY CHARGE CASH. It’s a very shady establishment. So be very careful and do your math when you go.

It was the worst place I have ever been to, the food was okay, but nothing extraordiary. And if you feel like being treated like a second class citizen, then this is place to go. I was given the twice over look when I requested to use their washroom and then one of the workers and/or manager knocked on the door 2 minutes after I went in. I went today January 19.2023 and I have always come to this establishment, I have never experience such a bad service! My husband and I order the pollo bowl and plate and our chicken was very dr and burned! We went back to ask if they can remake it again and all they said was this is the way we make the chicken and they gave us our money back instead of re making the plates.
