Royal Roman Motel — Hotel in Santa Ana

WORST FILTHIEST “MOTEL” EVER. The owner is an Asian lady with the worst attitude and anger issues. She started assaulting me and stole my room key so I couldn’t go back to get my stuff out of that nasty room #218 when I went to the front desk complaining about the shower NOT working and the room being a NIGHTMARE. I couldn’t even lay in the bed, trust me you would be disgusted too. Never in my life have I experienced such disrespect from a 50-year-old lady that FAIL to manage her miserable little business. It’s only a matter of time until this disgusting place gets SHUT DOWN!!! Oh and also she threatened to call the police when I wanted access to the room that I PAID FOR, for 2 nights but when I threatened her to call them myself, she rushed to the 1st floor to unlock my room door and let me grab my personal belongings! She was literally holding all my belongings HOSTAGE and PUT HER HANDS ON ME. This 50-year-old lady is miserable and her business is too. Super unprofessional and violent. I believe this place is the WORST you could find out there....

Ms. Kim is the realest. Comes off a lil kookoo, but she's a sweetheart and runs that place like a true hustler.

80 bucks. No bed bugs. Pretty large rooms, some of them are more newly renovated. They're all sort of different. All of them have nice large balcony's. I made mine pretty dope when I stayed there. Management looks out hella. Owners are... Tolerable as long as you're not an annoying pos. Out of a year of staying there, I saw the pool used 3 times. No joke. It stayed cleaner than any pool I've seen at a motel in this category.

They just opened a good Mexican style ice cream chain in a shopping center a block up the street. The best pizza in OC, bari's, a laundry Matt, as well as a lil meat market with good tamales all in same center.

It's really what you make it, I made it my home. Looking back it I mean yeah, it's your average cheap momo in OC. You're not staying there with interntions of it being a spa resort....but RS believe me it's not even the beginning of the worst. Youll be fine...
