Mariscos Puerto Nuevo — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I visited this place because it was well recommended by a friend. I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the owner. While I was having dinner here the owner was eating off the plate of a customer. While she was working and running plates. (No washing hands in between) I went to the restroom and there was no toilet seat/toilet seat covers or toilet paper. After looking past this I proceeded to continue eating my dinner and over hear the conversation she is having with 2 other clients and she proceeds to bad mouth aboher employee to the customers. So loud her employee heard them. Super upsetting on the way the owner carries herself. To finish it up the location was not the cleanest, I would call a health inspector.

Visité este lugar porque me lo recomendó un amigo. Me decepcionó la falta de profesionalismo de la propietaria. Mientras cenaba aquí, la dueña estaba comiendo del plato de un cliente. Mientras ella trabajaba y ejecutaba platos. (Sin lavarme las manos en el medio de esto) Fui al baño y no había asiento de inodoro / fundas de inodoro ni papel higiénico. Después de mirar más allá de esto, procedí a continuar comiendo mi cena y escuché la conversación que estaba teniendo con 2 clientes y ella procedió a hablar mal de su empleado a los clientes.
