The Jack in the box from Bristol and civic center has the worst service it was horrible I went to get my kid food and they said they weren’t accepting cash only card. As I was leaving the cashier told me that she would let me pay with cash but I wouldn’t get my change back and only the dollars bills. I said it was fine and after waiting for about half an hour my order was called and I went to go pay I gave her 50 dollars and she tried passing them through the device it wouldn’t work, any bill I would give her was rejecting by the machine. I asked if there was any other way to check the bill and she said no. She told me that she wasn’t going to sell me the food because the machine she was using didn’t work. I waited for half an hour with horrible customer service but I overlooked it just to get my kid something to eat and ended up with nothing. They refused to sell me the food or find any other alternative. I didn’t have my card on me so paying with it wasn’t a choice. When In my mind I'm thinking then why is Jack in the box paying you to be here right now but instead I asked, your advertised online and on your posters outside open 24 hours everyday. She rudely repeated like I was disturbing her and her older Co working from interrupting their humorous conversation, we're closed. This is not what I expect from a franchise or privately owned business to allow employees make decisions of when they can order at a 24 hours location just to make their job easier. They get paid overnight wages so this is understandable and I'll continue to review this location due to this being the second time this is happened. Both of our burgers were made wrong and not only that they added the onions rings on both of them. We called and spoke with Susana. She told us that she couldn’t do anything about it cause her shift was over and that the supervisor left for the night. I ask if I can get my money back she said that I can’t get my money back until the next morning when they open lobby.
